【摘要】:針對(duì)汽車(chē)保險(xiǎn)盒熔斷器插接位置檢測(cè),提出了一種以顏色識(shí)別為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合邊緣檢測(cè)與特征匹配理論的檢測(cè)方法.此方法通過(guò)比較樣板圖像和待檢測(cè)圖像中關(guān)注區(qū)域的顏色信息差異,判斷熔斷器插接位置正確與否;通過(guò)對(duì)樣板的大量實(shí)驗(yàn),解決了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)光線(xiàn)干擾造成的檢測(cè)失準(zhǔn)問(wèn)題;采用對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行均衡化處理和邊緣提取的方法,解決了顏色經(jīng)常變化的非熔斷器位置檢測(cè)的難題.工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際測(cè)試表明,該方法穩(wěn)定可靠.
[Abstract]:Based on color recognition, a detection method based on edge detection and feature matching theory is proposed to detect the position of the fuse in automobile safety box. By comparing the difference of color information between the sample image and the image to be detected, the method determines whether the position of the fuse is correct or not, and solves the problem of detection misalignment caused by the field light interference through a large number of experiments on the template. The method of equalization and edge extraction is used to solve the problem of non-fuse position detection which often changes in color. The industrial field test shows that the method is stable and reliable.
