輕型商用車齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器的臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:輕型商用車是商用車領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要細(xì)分類別,它在結(jié)構(gòu)特征和性能要求上更接近于乘用車,因此對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)有著特殊的外部條件和設(shè)計(jì)要求。輕型商用車的前軸載荷高于乘用車,有較高的轉(zhuǎn)向阻力,但是設(shè)計(jì)上又追求乘用車的轉(zhuǎn)向輕便和靈敏。輕型商用車的底盤結(jié)構(gòu)不同于乘用車,駕駛員對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)傳遞的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)振動(dòng)和路面激勵(lì)感知更加明顯,但是設(shè)計(jì)上又經(jīng)常對(duì)標(biāo)乘用車的舒適駕駛感受。因此,輕型商用車對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的性能要求更加的嚴(yán)苛。轉(zhuǎn)向器是轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的核心部件,轉(zhuǎn)向器的質(zhì)量和性能的優(yōu)劣直接決定著整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和整車轉(zhuǎn)向性能的優(yōu)劣。因此,在新車型的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向器是否滿足車輛性能要求的考核就顯得尤其重要。如果將轉(zhuǎn)向器的樣件裝配到試驗(yàn)樣車上,再對(duì)整車進(jìn)行性能和可靠性的評(píng)估,不但試驗(yàn)的周期較長(zhǎng),試驗(yàn)費(fèi)用較高,而且在車輛的性能指標(biāo)不合格時(shí),很難準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)估出轉(zhuǎn)向器的問(wèn)題點(diǎn)和改進(jìn)方向。這時(shí),我們就需要設(shè)計(jì)出一套轉(zhuǎn)向器的臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)方法和技術(shù)要求,將整車狀態(tài)下的有關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)向性能的目標(biāo)和要求分解和量化到轉(zhuǎn)向器的每一個(gè)單項(xiàng)的臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)中進(jìn)行考核和評(píng)價(jià)。本研究課題針對(duì)輕型商用車這一特殊的車輛分類,圍繞車輛的性能和可靠性要求,對(duì)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)方法,以及限值目標(biāo)或評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行研究和探索。本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容包括齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器的性能試驗(yàn)、強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)和耐久試驗(yàn)。先研究試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目所要表征的產(chǎn)品特性與整車的技術(shù)目標(biāo)的關(guān)聯(lián)。再設(shè)計(jì)臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)的具體操作方法,包括樣件在試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上的固定方式,試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的安裝與調(diào)試,試驗(yàn)環(huán)境與條件的選取等試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備工作,以及試驗(yàn)步驟和記錄檢測(cè)結(jié)果的方法。最后將轉(zhuǎn)向器供應(yīng)商在新車型開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中提交的樣件按技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行合格與否的分析與判定。本研究課題的成果是設(shè)計(jì)和總結(jié)出了一套完善的轉(zhuǎn)向器臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)的技術(shù)要求和試驗(yàn)方法,不但可以應(yīng)用于輕型商用車所使用的齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的產(chǎn)品型式驗(yàn)收,還可以推廣應(yīng)用到具有相同結(jié)構(gòu)和相似設(shè)計(jì)要求的轉(zhuǎn)向器新品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Light commercial vehicle is an important subdivision in the field of commercial vehicle, which is closer to passenger vehicle in terms of structural characteristics and performance requirements, so it has special external conditions and design requirements for steering system.The front axle load of the light commercial vehicle is higher than that of the passenger car, which has higher steering resistance, but the light and sensitive steering of the passenger vehicle is pursued in the design.The chassis structure of the light commercial vehicle is different from that of the passenger car, and the driver's perception of engine vibration and road excitation transmitted by the steering system is more obvious, but the comfortable driving experience of the standard passenger car is often found in the design.Therefore, the light commercial vehicle steering system performance requirements more stringent.Steering gear is the core component of steering system. The quality and performance of steering gear directly determine the steering performance of the whole steering system and the whole vehicle.Therefore, in the development of new vehicle, it is very important to check whether the steering gear meets the requirements of vehicle performance.If the steering gear sample is fitted to the test vehicle, and the performance and reliability of the whole vehicle are evaluated, not only the test period is longer, the test cost is higher, but also the vehicle performance index is not up to standard.It is difficult to accurately estimate the problem point and improvement direction of the steering gear.At this point, we need to design a set of steering gear bench test methods and technical requirements, and decompose and quantify the steering performance objectives and requirements in the whole vehicle state to be evaluated and evaluated in each individual bench test of the steering gear.Aiming at the special vehicle classification of light commercial vehicle, the paper studies and explores the test method of gear rack steering gear on the bench, as well as the limit target or evaluation standard, around the requirements of vehicle performance and reliability.The research contents include performance test, strength test and durability test of gear rack steering gear.First, study the relationship between the product characteristics of the test project and the technical objectives of the whole vehicle.The specific operation methods of redesigning the bench test, including the fixing mode of the sample on the test bench, the installation and commissioning of the test equipment, the selection of the test environment and conditions, etc., the preparation work before the test,And the test procedure and the method of recording the test result.Finally, the samples submitted by the steering gear supplier in the development process of the new vehicle are tested on the bench according to the technical requirements, and the test results are analyzed and judged to be qualified or not.The result of this research is to design and summarize a set of perfect technical requirements and test methods of steering gear bench test, which can not only be applied to the type acceptance of gear rack steering gear used in light commercial vehicles.It can also be popularized and applied to the development of new products of steering gear with the same structure and similar design requirements, which has strong practical value and guiding significance.
