歧管式催化轉(zhuǎn)化器有限元模態(tài)分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對(duì)某型號(hào)歧管式催化轉(zhuǎn)化器,利用Catia、Hypermesh和Nastran軟件之間的接口,精確的對(duì)該歧管式催化轉(zhuǎn)化器建立了有限元計(jì)算模型,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了約束模態(tài)分析,并提取了前六階固有頻率和振型。分析結(jié)果表明,該歧管式催化轉(zhuǎn)化器易與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生共振。對(duì)其進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化方案能顯著提高該歧管式催化轉(zhuǎn)化器的固有頻率,從而避開了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的激勵(lì)頻率。最后,對(duì)優(yōu)化后的模型進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度校核,結(jié)果滿足強(qiáng)度要求,為后續(xù)歧管式催化轉(zhuǎn)化器的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the interface between Catia HyperMesh and Nastran software, the finite element calculation model of a certain type of manifold catalytic converter is established, and the constrained modal analysis is carried out.The first six natural frequencies and modes were extracted.The results show that the manifold catalytic converter can easily resonate with the engine.The optimization results show that the optimal scheme can significantly increase the natural frequency of the manifold catalytic converter, thus avoiding the excitation frequency of the engine.Finally, the strength of the optimized model is checked, and the results meet the intensity requirements, which provides a theoretical basis for the development and design of the subsequent manifold catalytic converter.
