重型卡車車架結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)與輕量化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:針對重汽王牌公司生產(chǎn)的重型卡車雙層車架總成出現(xiàn)斷裂情況,采用有限元結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析技術(shù)對重型卡車車架進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn),獲取原雙層車架斷裂的原因,提出了單層車架改進(jìn)優(yōu)化與輕量化設(shè)計(jì)方案,通過其結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變對比分析、試車實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,表明改進(jìn)優(yōu)化后的單層車架強(qiáng)度及剛度明顯提高并能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,減輕了重量。此技術(shù)已成功應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)行產(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)中,市場反應(yīng)良好,使企業(yè)獲得了良好的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In view of the fracture of the double deck frame assembly of heavy duty truck produced by heavy truck trump Company, the finite element structural stress and strain analysis technology is adopted to optimize the design of heavy truck frame, and the reasons for the fracture of the original double deck truck frame are obtained. An improved optimization and lightweight design scheme for single-layer frame is put forward. Through comparative analysis of structural stress and strain and test test, it is shown that the strength and stiffness of the improved single-layer frame are obviously improved and can meet the design requirements. The technology has been successfully applied in the batch production of current products, and the market reaction is good, which makes the enterprise obtain good social and economic benefits.
