考慮多參數(shù)影響的增壓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)現(xiàn)象學(xué)爆震預(yù)測(cè)模型

【摘要】:針對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)概念設(shè)計(jì)一維性能仿真優(yōu)化階段爆震約束問題,使用末端混合氣自著火延遲期積分法,提出一個(gè)同時(shí)考慮溫度、壓力、廢氣再循環(huán)(EGR)率和空燃比影響的爆震預(yù)測(cè)模型。在一臺(tái)帶冷卻EGR系統(tǒng)的增壓汽油機(jī)上進(jìn)行爆震試驗(yàn),使用濾波法和圖像處理方法提取爆震特征。采用絕熱壓縮求解每個(gè)爆震循環(huán)末端混合氣溫度,并探討比熱比的影響及比熱比求解方法對(duì)末端混合氣溫度的影響。結(jié)合多島遺傳算法對(duì)爆震模型系數(shù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,并與經(jīng)典模型就預(yù)測(cè)性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明,提高進(jìn)氣溫度或加濃混合氣都會(huì)減小混合氣比熱比,而引入冷卻EGR則會(huì)增加混合氣比熱比。采用定比熱比得出的末端混合氣溫度會(huì)大幅高于變比熱比得出的末端混合氣溫度。Douaud模型預(yù)測(cè)誤差隨EGR率增加而增大,而考慮多參數(shù)影響的爆震模型預(yù)測(cè)性能較好。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the detonation constraint problem in one-dimensional performance simulation optimization stage of engine conceptual design, a method of end-mixture self-ignition delay period integration is proposed, which takes temperature and pressure into account at the same time. Detonation prediction model of EGR rate and air-fuel ratio. Detonation test was carried out on a turbocharged gasoline engine with cooling EGR system. The method of filtering and image processing is used to extract the detonation feature, and the adiabatic compression is used to solve the mixture temperature at the end of each detonation cycle. The influence of specific heat ratio and the effect of specific heat ratio solution on the temperature of terminal gas mixture are discussed. The coefficient of detonation model is calibrated with multi-island genetic algorithm, and the prediction performance is compared with that of classical model. Increasing the inlet temperature or increasing the mixture concentration will reduce the specific heat ratio of the mixture. When the cooling EGR is introduced, the specific heat ratio of the mixture will be increased. The prediction error of the terminal mixture temperature obtained by using the constant specific heat ratio will be much higher than that of the terminal mixture temperature with variable specific heat ratio. The prediction error of the model increases with the increase of the EGR ratio. The prediction performance of the detonation model considering the influence of multiple parameters is better.
