清潔能源公交車實(shí)際道路排放特性研究

【摘要】:本文主要使用車載排放測試系統(tǒng)(Portable Emission Measurement System,PEMS),對北京市不同燃料類型(油電混合、天然氣)的清潔能源公交車進(jìn)行了實(shí)際道路排放檢測,并與常規(guī)柴油公交車作對比,其中涵蓋了不同排放階段、不同后處理類型車輛。使用VSP方法對各公交車基于CO2排放量的各種污染物排放進(jìn)行了研究分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:國III階段柴油車在低速、低負(fù)荷行駛狀態(tài)下,與國IV和國V階段公交車的CO2排放差距不明顯,在高速行駛大負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下,CO2排放明顯高于其他車輛。不同排放階段公交車之間CO和NOX排放差異不明顯,國V階段公交車THC排放略低于國III和國IV階段公交車。國III階段公交車PM排放明顯高于國IV階段公交車,國IV階段公交車明顯高于國V階段公交車。油電混合動力公交車在低速、低負(fù)荷行駛狀態(tài)下對CO2排放的降低程度很明顯,在高速、大負(fù)荷行駛狀態(tài)下對CO2排放的降低程度較低。油電混合動力公交車CO和THC排放均低于常規(guī)柴油動力公交車,基于CO2的NOX排放普遍高于常規(guī)柴油公交車。不同油電混合動力公交車PM排放差異很大,無法推斷是否相對于常規(guī)柴油公交車具有優(yōu)勢。對于不同排放階段天然氣公交車對比,國V階段公交車CO和THC排放水平均遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于國III和國IV階段公交車。國III階段公交車NOX排放略高于國IV階段公交車,遠(yuǎn)高于國V階段公交車。各天然氣公交車PM排放水平存在很大差異,沒有明顯規(guī)律。對于采用不同后處理方式的天然氣公交車對比,采用OC+SCR后處理方式天然氣公交車與采用TWC方式天然氣公交車基于CO2的CO排放差別不大,柴油公交車排放明顯高于天然氣公交車。采用OC+SCR后處理方式的天然氣公交車THC、NOX和PM排放均高于采用TWC后處理方式的天然氣公交車,另外,柴油公交車THC排放最低,NOX和PM排放最高。采用OC+SCR后處理方式的天然氣公交車和采用TWC后處理方式的天然氣公交車排氣溫度差別不大,均高于常規(guī)柴油公交車排氣溫度,排氣溫度波動隨車輛行駛工況變化較大,柴油公交車排氣溫度比較穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly use the vehicle emission test system (Portable Emission Measurement System, PEMS), for different fuel types in Beijing city (hybrid, natural gas) clean energy buses of the real road emission test, and compared with conventional diesel buses, which covers the different discharge stages, different types of vehicles using VSP postprocessing. Method for the bus emissions of CO2 emissions are studied based on the analysis of experimental results. The results show that China III diesel vehicles in low speed, low load driving, and in IV and China V CO2 bus discharge gap is not obvious, at high speed under heavy load, CO2 emission was significantly higher than that of other vehicles CO and NOX emissions were not significantly different between different discharge stage bus, V bus THC emissions slightly lower than in stage III and stage IV in the bus. III bus PM stage Put in the IV stage was significantly higher than that of the bus, IV bus was significantly higher than that in stage V stage bus. The hybrid buses at low speed, low load operating conditions on the emission of CO2 decreased obviously in high speed, high load running condition to decrease CO2 emission level is relatively low. The hybrid buses CO and THC emissions are lower than that of the conventional diesel powered buses, CO2 NOX emissions based on generally higher than conventional diesel buses. Different hybrid buses PM emissions vary, unable to infer whether compared with conventional diesel buses have advantages in the different stage of gas emission in V phase comparison bus, bus CO and THC emission levels are far below III and China IV bus. III bus is slightly higher than that in stage NOX emission IV bus, far higher than the national stage V bus. The bus PM natural gas There is a big difference in the emission level, there is no apparent regularity. For comparison of natural gas buses with different postprocessing methods, using OC+SCR postprocessing method of the natural gas and natural gas buses using TWC bus is not CO difference based on CO2 emissions, emissions of diesel buses significantly higher than natural gas. Natural gas bus THC bus using OC+SCR postprocessing method the NOX and PM emissions are higher than that of the TWC postprocessing mode of natural gas buses, in addition, the lowest THC emission of diesel buses, NOX and PM. The highest emission of natural gas buses and using TWC postprocessing way natural gas bus exhaust temperature difference with OC+SCR postprocessing methods, were higher than that of the conventional diesel bus exhaust temperature. Exhaust temperature fluctuations with the vehicle driving condition changes greatly, the temperature of diesel buses exhaust is relatively stable.
