基于CATIA平臺(tái)的車身覆蓋件特征數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立方法研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)越來越迅猛,在機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程中所需要選用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)特征件類別越來越多,數(shù)量也越來越大,從一定程度上來說,零件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化成都已經(jīng)變成一個(gè)國(guó)家和一個(gè)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)水平的重要標(biāo)志。因此,建立符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的特征庫(kù),并能使該特征庫(kù)在企業(yè)間相互通用,是提高企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)效率的重要方法,符合企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與要求。本文的研究目標(biāo)是對(duì)車身覆蓋件特征數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立方法進(jìn)行研究,通過二次開發(fā)技術(shù)建立符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與企業(yè)需求的特征件庫(kù),針對(duì)這一研究目標(biāo),本文主要展開以下四方面的研究工作:(一)通過對(duì)CATIA的二次開發(fā)環(huán)境與CAA模塊進(jìn)行分析比較,選定二次開發(fā)方法,;(二)對(duì)車身覆蓋件特證件進(jìn)行分類與特征模板的建立;(三)進(jìn)行程序系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部編程工作,完成特征庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的建立;(四)選擇某車型側(cè)圍外板對(duì)所建立的特征庫(kù)進(jìn)行實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。為了選定二次開發(fā)方法,本文首先對(duì)每種二次開發(fā)方法的工具以及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析比較,結(jié)合以往研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)最終選定應(yīng)用CAAV5 C++的方式進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)。為明確車身覆蓋件種類的分類,本文通過收集各種車型的數(shù)據(jù)信息,經(jīng)過整理后將車身覆蓋件特征分成14個(gè)大類,每個(gè)大類又同時(shí)細(xì)分成不同的小類;結(jié)合每種特征類的作用以及特性等方面,給出了特征的具體推薦尺寸以及工藝要求;完成了每種特征的具體建模方法與過程,通過選定的建模方法(UFD)設(shè)計(jì)了特征模板,包括堆積和輸入條件的處理以及參數(shù)發(fā)布,為特征庫(kù)的建立奠定了良好基礎(chǔ)。為建立車身覆蓋件的特征庫(kù),本文主要采取的方法是通過二次開發(fā)的內(nèi)部編程來進(jìn)行,包括命令框、對(duì)話框、回調(diào)函數(shù)等程序代碼的編寫,以及每個(gè)特征件的代碼編寫,還需要對(duì)編寫的代碼進(jìn)行激活,然后進(jìn)行編程內(nèi)部以及可視外部之間進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使得用戶可以在可視端直接對(duì)命令進(jìn)行操作,完成特征庫(kù)的建立以后,對(duì)開發(fā)程序進(jìn)行發(fā)布。為了對(duì)開發(fā)的車身覆蓋件特征庫(kù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,本文選取側(cè)圍外板對(duì)特征庫(kù)進(jìn)行實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。首先,對(duì)選定的側(cè)圍外板模型通過參數(shù)化進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化處理,可以在特征庫(kù)中對(duì)需要的特征進(jìn)行選擇和調(diào)用,與傳統(tǒng)的手工建模相比較優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,操作簡(jiǎn)單快速,容易進(jìn)行修改與參數(shù)編輯。本文的研究工作對(duì)基于CATIA平臺(tái)的車身覆蓋件特征庫(kù)的建立提供了科學(xué)可行的方法,為二次開發(fā)以及特征庫(kù)在車身覆蓋件中的應(yīng)用提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the automobile industry, more and more standard feature categories need to be used in the process of mechanical product design, and the number is also increasing, to a certain extent. Parts standardization and standardization Chengdu has become an important symbol of the level of product development of a country and an enterprise. It is an important method to improve the efficiency of enterprise design and meet the requirements and standards of the enterprise. The research goal of this paper is to study the establishment method of the body panel feature database. Through the secondary development technology to establish the characteristic part library which accords with the national standard and the enterprise demand, aiming at this research goal. This paper mainly carries out the following four aspects of research work: (1) through the analysis and comparison of the secondary development environment of CATIA and the CAA module, the second development method is selected. (2) classifying special documents of body panels and establishing feature templates; (3) carrying out the internal programming work of the program system and completing the establishment of the signature library system; (4) selecting the side outer panel of a vehicle model to verify the established feature library. In order to select the secondary development method, this paper first analyzes and compares the tools, advantages and disadvantages of each secondary development method. Combined with the past research experience, the application of CAAV5 C was finally selected for secondary development. In order to clarify the classification of body panels, this paper collects the data information of various types of vehicle. After finishing, the body panel features are divided into 14 categories, each of which is subdivided into different subclasses at the same time. According to the function and characteristics of each characteristic class, the specific recommended size and process requirements of the feature are given. The specific modeling methods and processes of each feature are completed, and the feature template is designed by the selected modeling method (UFDs), including the processing of stacking and input conditions and the publication of parameters. For the establishment of the signature library laid a good foundation. In order to establish the body panel feature library, the main method adopted in this paper is through the secondary development of internal programming to carry out, including command boxes, dialog boxes. The writing of program code such as callback function, as well as the code writing of each feature, also needs to activate the code written, and then design the code inside and outside of the program. So that the user can operate the command directly in the visual end, complete the establishment of the signature library, release the development program. In order to verify the development of the body panel feature library. In this paper, the side outer panel is selected to verify the feature library. Firstly, the selected side outer board model is simplified by parameterization, and the needed features can be selected and called in the feature library. Compared with the traditional manual modeling, the advantages are obvious, simple and fast. It is easy to modify and edit parameters. The research work in this paper provides a scientific and feasible method for the establishment of body panel signature library based on CATIA platform. It provides the scientific basis for the secondary development and the application of the special library in the body panel.
