施肥對土壤動物群落的影響:野外實驗和Meta分析

土壤動物在土壤的形成、維持生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能等方面起著重要的作用,受到施肥等人類活動的影響。然而,人們關于施肥對土壤動物群落的具體影響仍然缺乏深刻的認識。關于棲息地的變化和食物資源的改變對調(diào)控土壤動物對施肥響應的相對貢獻的爭論仍在繼續(xù)。因此,本人通過野外實驗探討了N肥添加對土壤動物群落的影響及其主導調(diào)控因素,并且通過meta分析來探索土壤動物群落在全球尺度上對施肥的響應及其調(diào)控因素。在第一項研究中(野外實驗,第二章),本人在中國東部楊樹人工林(Populus deltoids)中,通過模擬N沉降(0,50,100,150以及300 kg N ha-1 year-1)實驗,探討了總的土壤動物以及植食性土壤動物群落在不同土層(0-10,10-25和25-40 cm)對N添加的響應。我們將不同施N水平所需的NH4NO3溶解于水中,采用背負式噴霧器將其均勻灑入樣地來模擬N沉降。我們的結果表明:低濃度的N添加顯著增加了總土壤動物和植食性土壤動物密度(Dtotal和Dp),高...
