蠟蚧輪枝菌蛋白激發(fā)子對菜豆抗菜豆修尾蚜的研究

  修尾蚜是一種危害廣泛的農(nóng)作物害蟲,昆蟲病原真菌蠟蚧輪枝菌(V.lecanii)和球孢白僵菌(B.bassiana)是一種對環(huán)境友好、靶標特異、能夠有效防治多種刺吸式昆蟲的生物農(nóng)藥。本研究測定了兩株球孢白僵菌(B76和B252)和兩株蠟蚧輪枝菌(L2和L5)對豆蚜的防治作用。用B76、B252、L2和L5及其二元組合(L2+B76、L2+B525、B76+L5和L2+B76+B252+L5)的濾液和分生孢子制劑進行了三次生物測定。在濾液和分生孢子的比較生物測定中,每個菌株的真菌濾液和分生孢子均為2ml。采用三種不同濃度(即1×106、1×107和1×108 conidia mL-1)進行二元組合生物測定。結果表明,在所有處理的第8天,對供試蚜蟲的致病力最大。在孢子最高濃度為1×108 conidia mL-1的處理下,B76菌株(85.3%)和L2菌株(77.9%)的蚜蟲死亡率均高于B252(66.0%)和L5(60.9%)。同樣,B76和L2菌株的二元組合...
