高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田建設(shè)區(qū)域土壤重金屬含量的高光譜反演

【摘要】:為快速高效的獲取高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田建設(shè)區(qū)域土壤重金屬信息,以新鄭市高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田建設(shè)區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯繉ο?共采集154個土壤樣品,在室內(nèi)利用ASD Field Spec3型地物光譜儀獲得土壤高光譜數(shù)據(jù),對土壤樣品在400~2 400 nm的光譜反射率進(jìn)行多元散射校正(multiplicative scatter correction,MSC)和Savitzky-Golay(SG)平滑后,進(jìn)行一階微分(first order differential reflectance,FDR)和二階微分(second order differential reflectance,SDR)變換,并與Cr、Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb 5種重金屬含量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,遴選出通過P=0.01顯著性檢驗(yàn)的高光譜特征波段作為反演模型的自變量,采用116個建模集樣本構(gòu)建偏最小二乘模型(partial least square regress,PLSR),通過精度檢驗(yàn)篩選每個土壤重金屬的最佳反演模型,并采用最佳地統(tǒng)計(jì)插值方法對高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田建設(shè)區(qū)域土壤重金屬進(jìn)行空間插值。結(jié)果表明:Cr的SDR-PLSR模型為最佳反演模型(R~2=0.88,RPD=1.68),Cd的R-PLSR模型為最佳反演模型(R~2=0.70,RPD=1.50),Zn的R-PLSR模型為最佳反演模型(R~2=0.88,RPD=2.05),Cu的R-PLSR模型為最佳反演模型(R~2=0.99,RPD=3.36),Pb的SDR-PLSR模型為最佳反演模型(R~2=0.93,RPD=3.16);采用構(gòu)建的土壤重金屬的最佳模型,對土壤重金屬含量進(jìn)行空間插值,結(jié)合高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可知Zn含量符合土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量Ⅱ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且均低于土壤背景值,Cr、Cd、Cu和Pb符合土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量Ⅱ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是部分區(qū)域超過了土壤背景值。該研究為高光譜反演模型用于高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田建設(shè)區(qū)域土壤基礎(chǔ)信息的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測提供了參考。
