榆林市綠地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)土壤水文調(diào)控過(guò)程及土壤微生物群落特征

【摘要】:為了探究榆林市綠地系統(tǒng)生態(tài)水文效應(yīng)以及綠地土壤微生物群落特征,調(diào)查研究了榆林市東沙生態(tài)公園綠地土壤理化性質(zhì)和養(yǎng)分狀況,分析了土壤水文調(diào)節(jié)功能以及土壤微生物群落豐富度、多樣性和均勻度,檢測(cè)分析了綠地不同區(qū)域枯枝落物的持水能力和持水過(guò)程。結(jié)果顯示:(1)東沙生態(tài)公園不同區(qū)域土壤理化性質(zhì)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況差別較大,土壤容重變化范圍為0.41~1.34g/cm~3,總孔隙度變化范圍為42%~71%,有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、全磷、全鉀變化范圍分別是9.93~17.69g/kg,0.97~2.37g/kg,2.31~6.67g/kg,23.6~58.12g/kg;(2)東沙生態(tài)公園不同區(qū)域綠地土壤微生物群落特征不一致,停車(chē)場(chǎng)區(qū)和公園干擾區(qū)綠地人流量大,顯著影響該區(qū)域土壤微生物的豐富度和多樣性,公園等人員較少干擾綠地土壤中微生物豐富度和多樣性較高;(3)單一因素差異性分析和PCA分析表明東沙生態(tài)公園綠地土壤微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)與是否晴/雨天無(wú)關(guān)。(4)東沙生態(tài)公園不同區(qū)域綠地枯枝落物儲(chǔ)量具有顯著差異性,停車(chē)場(chǎng)區(qū)和公園干擾區(qū)綠地表層枯枝落物厚度最大,公園附近綠地枯枝落物厚度最小,并且枯落物儲(chǔ)量也具有相似的規(guī)律。綜上所述,城市綠地生態(tài)水文的優(yōu)良,土壤和表層枯落物尤為重要,為了防治城市內(nèi)澇,需要加強(qiáng)城市綠地土壤環(huán)境的保護(hù),以及減少人為對(duì)綠地的干擾。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the ecohydrological effects of green space system and the characteristics of soil microbial community in Yulin city, the soil physical and chemical properties and nutrient status of green space in Dongsha Ecological Park of Yulin City were investigated and studied. The function of soil hydrological regulation and the richness, diversity and evenness of soil microbial community were analyzed. The water holding capacity and water holding process of dead branch litter in different areas of green space were detected and analyzed.
