數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害頻頻發(fā)生,給社會、公眾及對生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來嚴重的危害。分析目前的現(xiàn)狀我們發(fā)現(xiàn)由于缺乏科學(xué)的應(yīng)急管理體系和完善的部門協(xié)調(diào)機制,導(dǎo)致事故的預(yù)防不夠及時有效;由于缺乏科學(xué)的防范、應(yīng)急措施以及應(yīng)急決策支持系統(tǒng)的輔助支撐,導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生后,不知如何處理與應(yīng)對,引起事故范圍的擴大和事態(tài)的進一步惡化。本文研究的目的是針對農(nóng)業(yè)自然災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理中存在的上述問題,建立科學(xué)的管理體系和應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng),以此提高農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理水平和應(yīng)急輔助決策的能力。因此,本文確定以農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害的數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)與管理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究、農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)為主要研究內(nèi)容的結(jié)構(gòu)體系;通過收集和研讀大量國內(nèi)外文獻,并采用實地調(diào)查研究、理論設(shè)計研究、實例驗證等方法,開展了本次論文的研究工作,取得了如下主要結(jié)論和成果。1.針對目前存在的問題,分析現(xiàn)有的應(yīng)急管理體系構(gòu)成,引入知識發(fā)現(xiàn)體系,應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),分別從數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害管理知識入手構(gòu)建管理系統(tǒng),搭建農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)的基本框架;2.分別對底層所需空間數(shù)據(jù)、外來數(shù)據(jù)的獲取和系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)技術(shù)進行研究,將關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則成功地應(yīng)用到管理系統(tǒng)中,形成了較為完美的應(yīng)急管理體系。實驗效果表明,本文設(shè)計的農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)具有較高的支持度,能夠為以后的農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害預(yù)測提供有價值的理論和技術(shù)依據(jù)。論文最后一章在總結(jié)全文工作的基礎(chǔ)上,對農(nóng)業(yè)災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方向進行了展望,分析目前研究存在的不足以及提出后續(xù)研究工作的思路,對進一步的研究具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent occurrence of agricultural disasters at home and abroad has brought serious harm to the society, the public and the ecological environment. By analyzing the present situation, we find that the prevention of accidents is not timely and effective due to the lack of the scientific emergency management system and the perfect department coordination mechanism, and the lack of scientific prevention, emergency measures and the auxiliary support of the emergency decision support system can lead to the occurrence of the accident. I do not know how to deal with and deal with, cause the expansion of the accident scope and the further deterioration of the situation. The purpose of this paper is to establish a scientific management system and an emergency management system for the above-mentioned problems in the emergency management of agricultural natural disasters, so as to improve the emergency management level of the agricultural disaster and the ability of the emergency-assisted decision-making. Therefore, this paper determines the key technology research of data association and management of agricultural disaster, the structure system of the main research content of the agricultural disaster emergency management system, and through the collection and study of a large number of domestic and foreign documents, and using field survey, theoretical design research, example verification and other methods, The research work of this paper has been carried out, and the following main conclusions and results are obtained. Aiming at the existing problems, the paper analyzes the existing emergency management system, introduces the knowledge discovery system, and applies the data mining technology to construct the management system from the knowledge of data mining and the management of the agricultural disaster, and set up the basic framework of the emergency management system of the agricultural disaster. Based on the research of the required spatial data, the acquisition of foreign data and the implementation of the system, the association rules are successfully applied to the management system, and a more perfect emergency management system is formed. The experimental results show that the agricultural disaster emergency management system designed in this paper has a high degree of support and can provide valuable theoretical and technical basis for future agricultural disaster prediction. In the last chapter of the thesis, on the basis of the full-text work, the development direction of the emergency management system of the agricultural disaster is prospected, the shortcomings of the present research and the thought of the follow-up research work are analyzed, and the further research has certain guiding significance.
