模擬硝田土壤鐵和硫的形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化特征及其影響因素

【摘要】:采用室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),在確定模擬硝田土壤硫酸鈉含量的基礎(chǔ)上,觀測(cè)并探討落干/淹水狀況、有機(jī)物質(zhì)種類與數(shù)量對(duì)模擬硝田土壤鐵和硫形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化特征的影響。結(jié)果表明:全鐵(Fet)和游離鐵(Fed)受落干/淹水狀態(tài)和有機(jī)物質(zhì)種類與數(shù)量的影響均不顯著,而活性鐵(Feo)、絡(luò)合鐵(Fep)、亞鐵離子(Fe(II))及有效鐵(Fea)受淹水及有機(jī)物質(zhì)數(shù)量的顯著影響,Fe(II)、Fea還受有機(jī)物質(zhì)種類的顯著影響;硫形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化同時(shí)受淹水及有機(jī)物質(zhì)種類與數(shù)量的影響;土壤鐵、硫形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化一方面通過有機(jī)物質(zhì)與鐵、硫的直接作用實(shí)現(xiàn),一方面通過改變土壤氧化還原電位(Eh)及還原性物質(zhì)總量(TARM)等氧化還原狀況實(shí)現(xiàn);鐵與硫的形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化也表現(xiàn)出一定的耦合關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:On the basis of determining the content of sodium sulfate in simulated nitrate soil, the effects of falling dry / flooded condition and the type and quantity of organic matter on the transformation characteristics of iron and sulfur form in simulated nitrate field were observed and discussed by laboratory culture experiment. The results showed that all iron (Fet) and free iron (Fed) were not significantly affected by the dry / flooded state and the type and quantity of organic matter, but the active iron (Feo), complex iron (Fep), was not significantly affected by the dry / flooded state and the type and quantity of organic matter. Ferrous ion (Fe (II) and available iron (Fea) were significantly affected by flooding and the number of organic substances., Fe (II), Fea was also significantly affected by the types of organic substances. The transformation of sulfur form is affected by the type and quantity of flooded and organic substances at the same time. On the one hand, the transformation of soil iron and sulfur forms is realized by the direct interaction of organic matter with iron and sulfur, on the other hand, the redox status of soil redox potential (Eh) and total reductive substance (TARM) is changed. The morphological transformation of iron and sulfur also shows a certain coupling relationship.
