崇明東灘鹽沼濕地土壤碳氮儲量分布特征

【摘要】:濱海鹽沼濕地是碳氮的重要儲庫,其碳氮儲量時空分布特征受生物及環(huán)境因素的影響。研究了2013年不同季節(jié)長江口崇明東灘濱海濕地土壤(0~50 cm深度)有機(jī)碳和全氮儲量的時空分布與垂直分布特征。結(jié)果表明,土壤有機(jī)碳儲量與全氮儲量季節(jié)分布均表現(xiàn)為冬季秋季夏季春季,土壤有機(jī)碳儲量和全氮儲量呈現(xiàn)隨時間推移而積累的特性;其空間分布特征表現(xiàn)為高潮灘蘆葦(Phragmites australis)帶中潮灘互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)帶低潮灘海三棱鈯草(Scirpus mariqueter)帶光灘,且北樣線土壤有機(jī)碳和全氮儲量高于南、中樣線。不同區(qū)域土壤有機(jī)碳和全氮儲量垂直分布特征較一致,總體表現(xiàn)為光灘和海三棱鈯草有機(jī)碳儲量在10~15 cm土層最大,互花米草與蘆葦有機(jī)碳儲量較大值出現(xiàn)在0~10和20~30 cm土層。土壤全氮儲量垂直分布特征與有機(jī)碳相似,且與有機(jī)碳儲量呈極顯著線性正相關(guān)(P0.01)。不同鹽沼濕地植被類型是影響土壤有機(jī)碳和全氮儲量分布的重要因素,而光灘區(qū)域土壤有機(jī)碳與全氮儲量分布則主要受潮汐與沉積作用的影響。
