不同種植年限黃瓜溫室土壤線蟲群落結(jié)構(gòu)及多樣性的比較

【摘要】:【目的】針對土壤連作障礙問題,以土壤線蟲群落結(jié)構(gòu)和多樣性為研究重點,分析不同種植年限土壤生態(tài)系統(tǒng)間的差異,進(jìn)而探討不同種植年限溫室土壤的健康狀況!痉椒ā坎杉8年、10年、13年和16年溫室黃瓜土壤,以1年露地土壤為對照,采用線蟲形態(tài)學(xué)鑒定方法,分析不同種植年限土壤線蟲群落結(jié)構(gòu)及多樣性的變化規(guī)律。【結(jié)果】不同種植年限共觀測到土壤線蟲屬21個,全部為優(yōu)勢屬和常見屬;線蟲總數(shù)和植物寄生線蟲數(shù)量在不同種植年限的分布依次為10年16年13年8年1年,線蟲總數(shù)種植年限之間差異顯著,范圍為每100 g干土61~437條;線蟲群落生態(tài)指數(shù)對種植年限有不同的響應(yīng),土壤線蟲群落多樣性指數(shù)H′在不同種植年限土壤中的分布為16年13年1年8年10年,均勻度指數(shù)J為13年16年1年8年10年,而優(yōu)勢度指數(shù)λ的分布則為10年16年13年8年1年,5種不同種植年限土壤的NCR指數(shù)在0.6~9.8之間,WI分布為1年8年13年16年10年;線蟲成熟指數(shù)MI在種植16年的溫室土壤中最小,相反PPI/MI值則在種植16年的土壤中最大;豐富度指數(shù)SR隨種植年限呈先升高后降低,10年的最低;線蟲區(qū)系分布結(jié)果顯示,除種植10年黃瓜土壤的樣點落在第Ⅳ象限外,其余種植年限黃瓜土壤的樣點均落在第Ⅰ象限!窘Y(jié)論】綜合分析得出,連續(xù)種植會使土壤變得貧瘠,健康狀況變差,受干擾程度變大,種植10年土壤線蟲多樣性、穩(wěn)定性最差,土壤環(huán)境已受脅迫。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the community structure and diversity of soil nematode in order to analyze the difference of soil ecosystem in different planting years, aiming at the problem of soil continuous cropping obstacle. [methods] Cucumber soil was collected for 8 years, 10 years, 13 years and 16 years, and compared with open soil for 1 year, morphological identification of nematodes was carried out. The community structure and diversity of soil nematodes in different planting years were analyzed. [results] 21 soil nematode genera were observed in different planting years, all of which were dominant genera and common genera. The total number of nematodes and the number of parasitic nematodes in different planting years were 10 years, 16 years, 13 years, 8 years and 1 year, and the total number of nematodes was significantly different, ranging from 61 to 437 nematodes per 100 g dry soil. The distribution of soil nematode community diversity index H 'was 16 years, 13 years, 1 years, 8 years, 10 years, and the uniformity index J was 13 years, 16 years, 8 years, 10 years, and the distribution of soil nematode community diversity index H' was 16 years, 13 years, 16 years, 8 years and 10 years.
