季節(jié)對(duì)規(guī);驁(chǎng)糞便污染特性的影響

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步了解和掌握羊糞便對(duì)環(huán)境污染狀況,本研究選取規(guī)模化羊場(chǎng)杜泊羊和小尾寒羊?yàn)樵囼?yàn)對(duì)象,對(duì)其糞便中主要污染指標(biāo)的季節(jié)性變化進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,不同季節(jié)糞便主要成分含量差異顯著。其中,杜泊羊糞便中有機(jī)質(zhì)、全磷、銅含量均為夏季最高,分別為90.21%、0.90%、43.20mg/kg;全氮含量秋季最高為2.44%;鋅含量則表現(xiàn)為冬季最高,達(dá)到162.0mg/kg,均顯著高于其他季節(jié),所有指標(biāo)均為春季最低。小尾寒羊糞便有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、鋅含量均為秋季最高,分別為90.11%、2.28%、203.9 mg/kg;夏季全磷、銅含量最高,分別為0.91%、49.32mg/kg;有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮和全磷均為春季最低,銅和鋅含量均為冬季最低。2個(gè)品種羊糞中有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、全磷、銅含量上無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05);而小尾寒羊糞便鋅含量比杜泊羊高17.7%,差異顯著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In order to further understand and grasp the environmental pollution of sheep feces, Dupo sheep and small tail Han sheep in large-scale sheep farms were selected as the experimental objects, and the seasonal changes of main pollution indexes in their feces were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of main components in feces in different seasons. The contents of organic matter, total phosphorus and copper were the highest in summer, which were 90.21%, 0.90%, 43.20 mg / kg, 2.44% and 2.44% in autumn, respectively. Zinc content was the highest in winter, reaching 162.0 mg / kg, which was significantly higher than that in other seasons, and all the indexes were the lowest in spring. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and zinc in the feces of small tail Han sheep were the highest in autumn, which were 90.11%, 2.28%, 203.9 mg/kg; in summer, the highest contents of total phosphorus and copper were 0.91% and 49.32 mg / kg respectively. Organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were the lowest in spring, and copper and zinc contents were the lowest in winter. There was no significant difference in organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and copper contents in sheep feces between the two breeds (P0.05). The zinc content in faeces of small tail Han sheep was 17.7% higher than that of Duper sheep, the difference was significant (P0.05).
