華西雨屏區(qū)天然常綠闊葉林土壤可培養(yǎng)微生物數量對模擬氮沉降的響應

【摘要】:為了解氮沉降對華西雨屏區(qū)天然常綠闊葉林土壤微生物數量的影響,從2013年11月至2014年12月,通過野外模擬N(NH_4NO_3)沉降,氮沉降水平分別為對照(CK 0 kg N hm~(-2)a~(-1))、低氮沉降(L 50 kg N hm~(-2)a~(-1))、中氮沉降(M 150 kg N hm~(-2)a~(-1))和高氮沉降(H 300 kg N hm~(-2)a~(-1)),研究了氮沉降對天然常綠闊葉林0—10cm和10—20cm土層土壤可培養(yǎng)微生物數量的影響。結果表明:華西雨屏區(qū)天然常綠闊葉林0—10cm土層的細菌、真菌和放線菌數量均顯著大于10—20cm土層,氮沉降未改變原有垂直分布格局。L處理對0—10cm和10—20 cm土層土壤微生物總量無顯著影響,M和H處理則顯著降低了土壤微生物總量。氮沉降降低了0—10cm和10—20cm土層的細菌數量,且抑制作用隨氮沉降量的增加而增強。氮沉降降低了0—10cm土層的真菌數量,但下降幅度與氮沉降量之間無明顯規(guī)律;在10—20cm土層,M和H處理在夏季顯著增加了真菌數量,表明適量氮沉降能有效緩解夏季土壤真菌的氮限制狀態(tài)。氮沉降對0—10cm土層放線菌數量的影響表現為先促進再抑制,L和M處理增加了放線菌數量,H處理降低了放線菌數量;氮沉降增加了10—20cm土層的放線菌數量,其中M處理的促進作用最大。氮沉降對土壤微生物數量的影響隨土壤深度的增加而減弱。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the effect of nitrogen deposition on soil microbial quantity of natural evergreen broad-leaved forest in Yuping area of West China, the N (NH_4NO_3) deposition was simulated in the field from November 2013 to December 2014. The nitrogen deposition level was CK 0 kg N hm~ (- 2) a ~ (- 1), low nitrogen deposition (L 50 kg N hm~ (- 2) a ~ (- 1), respectively). Medium nitrogen deposition (M 150 kg N hm~ (- 2) a ~ (- 1) and high nitrogen deposition (H 300 kg N hm~ (- 2) a ~ (- 1),) The effects of nitrogen deposition on the number of soil culturable microorganisms in 0-10cm and 10-20cm soil layers of natural evergreen broad-leaved forest were studied. The results showed that the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in 0-10cm soil layer of natural evergreen broad-leaved forest in Yuping area of West China was significantly higher than that of 10-20cm soil layer. Nitrogen deposition did not change the original vertical distribution pattern, and L treatment had no significant effect on soil microbial content in 0-10cm and 10 ~ 20 cm soil layer, while M and H treatments significantly decreased soil microbial total amount. Nitrogen deposition decreased the number of bacteria in 0-10cm and 10-20cm soil layers, and the inhibition increased with the increase of nitrogen deposition. Nitrogen deposition decreased the number of fungi in 0-10cm soil layer, but there was no obvious law between the decrease extent and nitrogen deposition. In 10-20cm soil layer, M and H treatments significantly increased the number of fungi in summer, indicating that proper nitrogen deposition could effectively alleviate the nitrogen limitation of soil fungi in summer. The effect of nitrogen deposition on the number of actinomycetes in 0-10cm soil layer was first promoted and then inhibited. The number of actinomycetes was increased by L and M treatments, and decreased by H treatment. Nitrogen deposition increased the number of actinomycetes in 10-20cm soil layer, among which M treatment had the greatest promoting effect. The effect of nitrogen deposition on soil microbial quantity decreased with the increase of soil depth.
