木醋液對牛糞預堆置過程中溫室氣體排放調(diào)控研究

【摘要】:本研究以牛糞為堆肥原料,鋸末作為調(diào)理劑,通過靜態(tài)好氧堆肥試驗,系統(tǒng)考察了棉稈木醋液的添加對牛糞堆肥理化性質(zhì)時空特征變化的影響,分析了棉稈木醋液的添加對牛糞堆肥過程溫室氣體排放的影響,探討了木醋液調(diào)控牛糞堆肥過程溫室氣體排放的作用機理,以及堆體溫度、有機質(zhì)和總氮與CH4:CO2的相關性大小。主要研究結(jié)果如下: (1)通過添加3.0%棉稈木醋液,堆體溫度提高5-7℃,堆肥周期縮短1-2天,加快堆肥進程,縮短了堆肥周期。添加3.0%棉稈木醋液,,在高溫期,堆體自由空域大于30%,堆肥腐熟期的自由空域呈現(xiàn)層次效應TopFASCenterFASBottomFAS。添加棉稈木醋液降低了14%-26%的碳損失,提高堆體中總氮含量。 (2)堆肥過程中,堆體上中下三層CO2、CH4的排放呈現(xiàn)先增加后減少的趨勢。CO2排放在后期有不同程度的增加,中間層增加程度最大,上層和下層最小;CH4排放量下層最大,中層次之,上層最小,出現(xiàn)梯度性變化。在整個堆肥過程中,CH4排放主要集中在前一周,占到總排放的60%-87%。通過向牛糞堆肥中添加3.0%的棉稈木醋液,在第7天后就抑制了CH4排放,2周后CH4排放基本為零,與對照組相比,堆肥結(jié)束CH4排放降低了15%。CH4和CO2排放在同一水平面上差異不顯著,而在垂直方向上存在顯著差異。添加3.0%的棉稈木醋液,CO2上中下平均排放量分別為22.04%、21.51%和22.71%,排放總量比對照組CK平均高86%。通過物料平衡分析,對照組比處理組損失量平均高出14%-26%,與前期CH4、CO2排放量大致吻合。隨著木醋液濃度增加,碳損失量降低,到堆肥后期,碳損失量比對照組平均減少了34%,提高了堆肥產(chǎn)品中有機質(zhì)的含量。 (3)通過回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),CO2與O2存在一元線性關系,CH4與O2存在二元線性關系。CH4的排放受氧體積分數(shù)影響很大,添加3.0%棉稈木醋液處理組在前期FAS大于其他處理組,與氧體積分數(shù)相對應,進一步說明3#有利于堆肥順利進行。CH4:CO2與溫度、總有機質(zhì)和總氮呈線性關系,與溫度和總有機質(zhì)呈正相關,與總氮呈負相關。

Through static aerobic composting experiment, the effects of adding cotton stalk and wood vinegar on spatio-temporal characteristics of cow manure composting were investigated systematically.
