【摘要】：21世紀以來,我國人地矛盾問題的日益凸顯給各界帶來相應(yīng)的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。糧食的重要性對于國家的獨立和民族的生存是不言而喻的。自然學(xué)科對糧食的屬性研究有著較為嚴謹?shù)膶嶒灉y量方法,因此有著長足的發(fā)展,而人文學(xué)科對這方面的研究則相對滯后。由于學(xué)科間的研究方向,方式以及發(fā)展歷程的不同,不同學(xué)科研究同一事物的屬性時都有著自己的學(xué)科語言。也正是由于不同學(xué)科研究同一事物有著相應(yīng)不同的范式,所以將關(guān)于某一事物的屬性特質(zhì)集中起來研究就富有時代意義。糧食問題是全球性問題,糧食的屬性研究意義也是不言而喻的。為了將糧食的屬性問題集中起來研究,本文分成了三個部分來講述。第一部分是關(guān)于屬性的認知,這一部分可以讓我們更加清晰地知道什么是事物的屬性,屬性的研究具體有何意義,以及糧食屬性研究學(xué)科間的差異和演繹路徑。第二部分是糧食的顯性屬性和隱性屬性的揭示,歸納和總結(jié),這一部分可以讓我們清楚地看到糧食在各個不同學(xué)科的研究體系中自身所處的位置,不同的學(xué)科是怎么研究糧食問題的,以及糧食的學(xué)科屬性同學(xué)科發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系。由于這些已經(jīng)被人們發(fā)現(xiàn)的顯性屬性能夠促進人們亟待研究的糧食隱性屬性,因此這種研究具有深遠的學(xué)科意義。第三部分是關(guān)于糧食的屬性系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)。將學(xué)科屬性加以總結(jié),一方面為今后糧食的人文學(xué)科的研究提供一個全新的思路,另一方面為各個學(xué)科間能夠更多地發(fā)現(xiàn)糧食的屬性提供一個參考的平臺�？傮w上看,本文關(guān)于糧食屬性方面的研究沿承著學(xué)科應(yīng)用的思維,開拓了各學(xué)科對糧食屬性研究的視角,具有深遠的意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 st century, the contradiction between man and land has brought the corresponding pressure and challenge to all walks of life. The importance of food is self-evident for the independence of the country and the survival of the nation. The research on the attribute of grain in nature discipline has a more rigorous experimental measurement method, so it has made great progress, but the research on this aspect is relatively lagging behind in the humanities subject. Because of the different research direction, the way and the development process, different disciplines have their own language when they study the attributes of the same thing. It is precisely because different disciplines study the same thing that there are different paradigms, so it is of great significance to study the attributes and characteristics of a certain thing together. The grain problem is a global problem, and the significance of the research of grain attribute is also self-evident. In order to concentrate the study on the attribute of grain, this paper is divided into three parts. The first part is about the cognition of attribute. This part can make us know more clearly what is the attribute of things, what is the significance of the study of attribute, and the difference and deductive path between the subjects of grain attribute research. The second part is the revelation, induction and summary of the dominant and recessive attributes of grain. This part allows us to clearly see the position of grain in the research systems of different disciplines. How do different subjects study grain problem, and the relationship between grain discipline attribute and discipline development. Because these dominant attributes which have been discovered by people can promote the recessive attribute of grain that people need to study urgently, this kind of research has far-reaching academic significance. The third part is about the grain attribute system summary. Summing up the subject attribute, on the one hand, it provides a new way of thinking for the future research of food humanities, on the other hand, it provides a reference platform for each discipline to discover the grain attribute more. On the whole, the research on grain attribute in this paper is based on the thinking of the application of the discipline, and has a profound significance by opening up the angle of view of the research on the grain attribute in various disciplines.
