利用餐廚垃圾濕熱處理脫出液制備液態(tài)菌肥研究

【摘要】:以餐廚垃圾濕熱處理脫出液為發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基,選用圓褐固氮菌(Azotobacter chroococcum)作為實驗菌種制作固氮液態(tài)菌肥。測定了圓褐固氮菌的主要生理特性,將其接種于餐廚濕熱處理脫出液中進行培養(yǎng),確定最佳發(fā)酵時間,并分別測定發(fā)酵的最佳初始p H值、接種量、培養(yǎng)溫度、搖床轉速、裝液量、脫出液與水的混合比例。結果表明:圓褐固氮菌在餐廚濕熱處理脫出液中最佳發(fā)酵時間為36 h,發(fā)酵最佳初始p H值、接種量、培養(yǎng)溫度、搖床轉速、裝液量、脫出液與水的混合比例依次為7.5、1%、30℃、150 r/min、50 m L(250 m L錐形瓶)、1∶1。圓褐固氮菌在餐廚垃圾濕熱處理脫出液中進行培養(yǎng)后,可達到液態(tài)菌肥的活菌數(shù)標準。
[Abstract]:The liquid nitrogen-fixing fertilizer was made by using (Azotobacter chroococcum) as the experimental strain, and the fermenting medium was the hygrothermal treatment solution of the kitchen garbage, and the nitrogen fixing bacteria (Azotobacter chroococcum) was used as the experimental strain. The main physiological characteristics of Azotobacter rotunda were determined, and the optimum fermentation time was determined by inoculating it in the solution treated with damp and heat, and the optimum initial pH value, inoculation amount, culture temperature and shaking speed were determined respectively.
