凍害脅迫對草地早熟禾生理特性的影響

【摘要】:為了研究草地早熟禾在凍害脅迫下生理特性變化規(guī)律,試驗在實驗室條件下模擬低溫環(huán)境,-10℃下分別處理10 min、20 min、30 min,以20℃作為對照,對草地早熟禾進行凍害脅迫處理,測定水勢、葉綠素含量、電導率、根系活力、可溶性蛋白質(zhì)含量、還原糖含量等指標。結(jié)果表明:在-10℃凍害脅迫下草地早熟禾葉片葉綠素含量、根系活力等隨著凍害時間的延長呈降低趨勢;還原糖含量、可溶性蛋白質(zhì)含量、電導率、水勢等呈上升趨勢。說明草地早熟禾具有一定的抗凍能力。
