檸條根際產(chǎn)鐵載體促生菌的分離鑒定及其促生特性
[Abstract]:The rhizosphere soil of Caragana korshinskii was used to isolate and screen the rhizosphere growth-promoting strains with the function of iron producing carrier by CAS (Chromium-azurol S) selective medium. The strains were identified by 16s r DNA sequence analysis, and the phosphorus and nitrogen fixation were determined. IAA (indoleacetic acid) and ACC (1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid) deaminase were produced. The effects of strain Fe11 on the growth of Caragana korshinskii seedlings were tested by pot experiment. The results showed that 14 strains of iron-producing carriers were isolated and 6 of them had strong ferric carrier capacity. The homology of 16s r DNA sequence between all strains and Pseudomonas was 990.The genus Pseudomonas was the dominant carrier for iron production in the rhizosphere of Caragana korshinskii. Most strains had two or more probiotic activities, and Fe9,Fe11 and Fe13 showed a variety of probiotic potential. The results showed that the plant height, root length, leaf number, fresh weight and dry mass of Caragana seedlings increased 17.25%, 6.68%, 17.75% and 20.67%, respectively, by inoculating strain Fe11. The results showed that the strain Fell had a good promoting effect on the growth of Caragana korshinskii.
