【摘要】：畜禽糞污的處理和污染物總量削減是畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)主要關(guān)心的環(huán)保問題。該文以呼和浩特市某公司為例,通過為期一年的實(shí)地調(diào)研和監(jiān)測研究北方地區(qū)典型產(chǎn)沼能源型規(guī)模化奶牛養(yǎng)殖場COD和氨氮的產(chǎn)排、削減情況。結(jié)果表明:(1)泌乳牛糞便、尿液、生產(chǎn)廢水產(chǎn)生量共約50 kg/(頭·d),在37.8~39℃條件下推流發(fā)酵26 d后,沼渣產(chǎn)生量占發(fā)酵前干物質(zhì)的50%,沼液產(chǎn)生量占總發(fā)酵物料的73%,沼氣產(chǎn)生量約占總發(fā)酵物料的1.8%。(2)泌乳牛糞污COD產(chǎn)生系數(shù)為1 040.91 g/(頭·d),氨氮產(chǎn)生系數(shù)為27.27 g/(頭·d)。(3)調(diào)節(jié)池可消減COD 5.90%,消減氨氮8.33%;在37.8~39℃條件下推流發(fā)酵26 d后,COD降解了33.84%,氨氮增加了100%;占總產(chǎn)生量19.87%的COD通過沼液回沖牛舍和沼渣作墊料內(nèi)部消化,其余占總產(chǎn)生量40.17%的COD隨剩余沼液還田。
[Abstract]:The disposal of livestock manure and the reduction of the total amount of pollutants are the main environmental problems concerned by livestock and poultry breeding industry. This paper takes a company in Hohhot as an example to study the production and emission reduction of COD and ammonia nitrogen in typical bog energy scale dairy cattle farms in northern China through a year's field investigation and monitoring.
