【摘要】：培育農(nóng)村新型經(jīng)營主體是政府推進(jìn)農(nóng)村改革發(fā)展的重要措施,是破解制約農(nóng)村沼氣后續(xù)管護(hù)服務(wù)瓶頸的新模式。文章在產(chǎn)業(yè)融合視角下,針對當(dāng)前制約農(nóng)村沼氣產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展后續(xù)管護(hù)服務(wù)瓶頸問題進(jìn)行分析,剖析新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體與農(nóng)村沼氣融合的特點(diǎn)和存在的問題,從內(nèi)外部環(huán)境到產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈探討了新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體與農(nóng)村沼氣融合發(fā)展的動力機(jī)制,并提出融合發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure for the government to promote the reform and development of rural areas to cultivate new management subjects in rural areas. It is also a new mode to solve the bottleneck of rural biogas follow-up management and protection services. From the perspective of industrial convergence, this paper analyzes the bottleneck of the follow-up management and protection services restricting the development of rural biogas industry, and analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the integration of the new agricultural main body and the rural biogas. From the internal and external environment to the industrial chain, this paper probes into the dynamic mechanism of the integration of the new agricultural management subject and the rural biogas, and puts forward some suggestions for the integration development.
