模擬氮沉降對典型闊葉紅松林土壤微生物群落特征的影響

【摘要】:【目的】探究氮沉降增加對闊葉紅松(Pinus koraiensis)混交林土壤微生物群落特征的影響!痉椒ā繉﹂熑~紅松林進行模擬氮沉降實驗,設(shè)置對照(N0,0 kg/(hm~2·a))、低氮(N1,30 kg/(hm~2·a))、中氮(N2,60kg/(hm~2·a))和高氮(N3,120 kg/(hm~2·a))共4組處理,在實驗樣地內(nèi)采集0~10 cm、≥10~20 cm土層中的土壤,測定土壤微生物生物量碳(SMBC)及土壤微生物生物量氮(SMBN)含量及變化!窘Y(jié)果】(1)模擬氮沉降未改變SMBC、SMBN及SMBC/SMBN的垂直分布;SMBC、SMBN在生長季月動態(tài)曲線均為以8月中旬為峰值的單峰型曲線,SMBC/SMBN的曲線波動較大,0~10 cm土層以N0處理的結(jié)果波動范圍最小(2.83~6.97)。(2)模擬氮沉降僅對0~10 cm土層6、8月中旬的SMBC以及5、6、8月中旬的SMBC/SMBN有顯著影響(P0.05),而對SMBC、SMBN及SMBC/SMBN的生長季平均值無顯著影響。【結(jié)論】模擬氮沉降對闊葉紅松林土壤微生物生物量的影響僅在個別月份中表現(xiàn)明顯,而對于整個生長季而言,更長時間的模擬氮沉降實驗才可能對土壤微生物生物量產(chǎn)生明顯的影響。
