淹水和好氣條件下東北稻田黑土有機碳礦化和微生物群落演變規(guī)律

【摘要】:通過360 d室內(nèi)恒溫(30℃)培養(yǎng),研究淹水和好氣條件下土壤碳的動態(tài)變化及微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)演變規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,淹水條件下,土壤TOC(總有機碳)降幅(8.68%)略高于其在好氣條件下的降幅(6.23%),但差異不顯著(P0.05),DOC(溶解性有機碳)含量顯著高于其在好氣條件下的含量(P0.05)。土壤有機碳在淹水條件下的礦化速率常數(shù)(0.009 5)顯著高于其在好氣條件下的礦化速率常數(shù)(0.007 5)。土壤淹水條件下的AWCD_(96h)(96 h平均光密度)呈現(xiàn)0~15 d顯著低于好氣條件、30~60 d差異不顯著、60~360 d顯著高于好氣條件的規(guī)律(P0.05)。淹水條件下,土壤微生物由以利用氨基酸類碳源為主,演變?yōu)橐岳梅铀犷?30~60 d)和氨基酸類碳源(180~360 d)為主;而在好氣條件下則演變?yōu)橐岳枚嗑畚镱愄荚?60~360 d)為主。淹水提高了土壤DOC含量,增加了土壤微生物可利用底物和微生物活性,提高了土壤微生物對酚酸類和氨基酸類碳源利用,加快了土壤有機碳礦化。
