倫理學(xué)容量與農(nóng)業(yè)文明發(fā)展的史學(xué)啟示

【摘要】:倫理學(xué)容量意指社會(huì)倫理觀對(duì)各類社會(huì)組分的系統(tǒng)性包容,藉以保持社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。社會(huì)在系統(tǒng)耦合中發(fā)生系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化,釋放生產(chǎn)潛力,推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步。系統(tǒng)耦合與系統(tǒng)相悖并發(fā)。前者釋放生產(chǎn)潛力,為社會(huì)進(jìn)步的正值,后者反之,為系統(tǒng)進(jìn)步的負(fù)值。中國農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)為城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu),其系統(tǒng)耦合所生產(chǎn)正值,即社會(huì)效益,絕大部分為社會(huì)強(qiáng)勢的城市占有,是為社會(huì)發(fā)展的受益方;而系統(tǒng)相悖發(fā)生的負(fù)值,則由社會(huì)弱勢方農(nóng)村全部承擔(dān),所獲社會(huì)發(fā)展效益甚少,或根本不得效益,是為社會(huì)發(fā)展的少受益方,或受害方。因而城市與鄉(xiāng)村形成利益對(duì)立的雙方。以往對(duì)社會(huì)進(jìn)化弱勢群體關(guān)注不足,或阻礙社會(huì)發(fā)展,或發(fā)展為社會(huì)亂源。在皇權(quán)社會(huì)的農(nóng)耕文明,勉強(qiáng)保持了倫理學(xué)容量的脆弱穩(wěn)定。但在后工業(yè)化的今天,社會(huì)系統(tǒng)多元化迅速發(fā)展,多重系統(tǒng)耦合與系統(tǒng)相悖并存,其社會(huì)矛盾遠(yuǎn)非原來的農(nóng)耕文明倫理容量所能包容。中國農(nóng)民從西周以來所背負(fù)的不公正待遇,引發(fā)系列社會(huì)問題,嚴(yán)重阻礙社會(huì)發(fā)展。當(dāng)前全球一體化的大潮下,社會(huì)發(fā)展勢不可擋,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化勢所必然,與之相適應(yīng)的倫理學(xué)容量勢必巨大擴(kuò)容,新的農(nóng)業(yè)倫理學(xué)已經(jīng)曙光初現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Ethical capacity refers to the systematic tolerance of social ethics to various social components in order to maintain social stability. In the system coupling, the society evolves systematically, releases the productive potential, and promotes the social progress. System coupling is incompatible with system concurrency. The former releases the potential of production for the positive value of social progress, whereas the latter is negative for the progress of the system. China's agricultural society is urban-rural dual structure, its system coupling production positive, namely social benefits, most of the strong social urban occupation, is the beneficiary of social development; However, the negative value of the system will be borne by the socially disadvantaged rural areas, and the social development benefits will be very little or no benefit at all. It is the less beneficiary or the aggrieved party of the social development. As a result, cities and villages form the interests of the two opposing sides. In the past, insufficient attention was paid to the social evolution of vulnerable groups, or hindered social development, or developed into a source of social disorder. In the imperial society, the farming civilization managed to maintain the fragile stability of ethical capacity. However, in the post-industrialization era, the social system is developing rapidly, and the coupling of multiple systems and the contradiction of the system coexist, and the social contradiction is far from the original ethical capacity of agricultural civilization. The unfair treatment of Chinese farmers since the Western Zhou Dynasty has caused a series of social problems and seriously hindered social development. Under the current tide of global integration, the social development is unstoppable, the realization of agricultural modernization is inevitable, the corresponding capacity of ethics is bound to be greatly expanded, and the new agricultural ethics has emerged at the dawn.
