外源低分子有機(jī)酸對(duì)南方紅壤磷、鐵、鋁釋放及相互關(guān)系的影響

【摘要】:為探究杉木凋落物源低分子有機(jī)酸對(duì)南方紅壤磷的釋放作用及作用機(jī)制,以南方紅壤為研究對(duì)象,采用化學(xué)浸提法比較4種低分子有機(jī)酸(草酸、丙二酸、蘋果酸、檸檬酸)及4種酸的混合對(duì)南方紅壤磷、鐵、鋁釋放量的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,與對(duì)照相比,5類有機(jī)酸在不同濃度處理下皆能有效促進(jìn)土壤磷、鐵、鋁的釋放,釋放量表現(xiàn)出隨處理濃度上升而增加的趨勢(shì),且各有機(jī)酸處理對(duì)磷、鐵、鋁的釋放作用總體依次表現(xiàn)為草酸≈混合酸丙二酸≈檸檬酸蘋果酸;低分子有機(jī)酸pH值和離子活度影響土壤磷、鐵、鋁的釋放,磷的釋放量與鐵、鋁的釋放量之間呈顯著正相關(guān)。由研究結(jié)果可知,杉木凋落物源低分子有機(jī)酸能有效促進(jìn)土壤磷釋放,且釋放作用和有機(jī)酸pH值、離子活度以及鐵、鋁的釋放密切相關(guān),其生態(tài)功能對(duì)于杉木森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)養(yǎng)分循環(huán)具有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the release effect and mechanism of low molecular organic acid (LMOA) from Chinese fir litter on red soil of southern China, four low molecular organic acids (oxalic acid, malonic acid and malic acid) were compared by chemical extraction method. The effects of citric acid and four acids on the release of phosphorus, iron and aluminum in red soil of southern China. The results showed that compared with the control, the five organic acids could effectively promote the release of phosphorus, iron and aluminum from soil at different concentrations, and the release amount showed an increasing trend with the increase of the treatment concentration, and the organic acid treatment could promote the release of phosphorus and iron.
