生草栽培對贛南地區(qū)晚棱臍橙土壤酶活性及微生物種群的影響

【摘要】:贛南地區(qū)以山地丘陵為主,作為我國臍橙的主產(chǎn)區(qū),長期的清耕建園制度使得果園水土流失現(xiàn)象日益突出,嚴重破壞了果園土壤的生態(tài)環(huán)境,制約了贛南臍橙產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。通過平板計數(shù)法、比色法測定不同生草栽培模式下的臍橙果園土壤微生物種群數(shù)量、土壤酶活性。結(jié)果表明,相比裸露的果園,合理的生草栽培模式可以顯著增加土壤微生物數(shù)量,提高土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶活性,輔以科學的果園梯面管理措施效果更好。生草栽培在贛南地區(qū)臍橙果園的推廣有利于土壤生物學性質(zhì)的維持,也有利于土壤生態(tài)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:As the main producing area of navel orange in China, the phenomenon of soil and water loss in orchard has become more and more prominent due to the long-term system of clearing and establishing gardens, which has seriously damaged the ecological environment of orchard soil and restricted the development of navel orange industry in south Jiangxi. The soil microbial population and soil enzyme activity of navel orange orchard were determined by plate counting and colorimetry. The results showed that compared with the bare orchard, the reasonable cultivation model of raw grass could significantly increase the number of soil microbes, increase the activities of soil invertase, urease and acid phosphatase, and improve the effect of scientific management measures on the surface of orchard. The popularization of grass cultivation in the orchards of navel orange in south Jiangxi is beneficial to the maintenance of soil biological properties and the stability of soil ecological environment.
