添加氮素化合物對天竺桂廢棄枝葉分解的影響

【摘要】:采用添加氮素化合物的方法對天竺桂廢棄枝葉進行促進分解試驗。結(jié)果表明,廢棄枝葉分解過程中的真菌個體數(shù)量隨分解時間的不同而變化,不同處理間的真菌個體數(shù)量無顯著差異,各處理不同分解時間真菌個體數(shù)量存在極顯著差異。真菌類群數(shù)量隨分解時間的不同而變化,總體上隨廢棄枝葉分解進程呈增加趨勢。在廢棄枝葉分解試驗中共分離出16個真菌類群,其中黑灰球菌屬(Bovista)、共頭霉屬(Syncephalastrum)、刺座霉屬(Volutella)、小克銀漢霉屬(Cunninghamella)和鎖霉屬(Itersonilia)為優(yōu)勢真菌類群。在枝葉分解初期(0~30 d)p H值增高(p H值8.22~8.88),使得微生物在高溫分解階段擁有高的分解能力,隨后總體上呈下降趨勢。堆料含水量相較于初始含水量變化不大,堆料的含水量保持在56%~71%之間,使微生物能保持較大的分解能力。添加碳酸氫銨和尿素處理后7~14 d的堆體溫度維持在50~56℃之間,高于水處理的堆體溫度(46~51.5℃),表明堆體處在枝葉分解的高溫快速發(fā)酵階段,添加碳酸氫銨和尿素處理后堆料的微生物活性更強。綜合試驗結(jié)果表明,在天竺桂廢棄枝葉分解過程中添加氮素化合物,可增強分解微生物的活性,對廢棄枝葉的分解有一定的促進作用。
[Abstract]:The method of adding nitrogen compounds was used to promote the decomposition of waste branches and leaves of Tianzhu and cinnamon. The results showed that the number of fungal individuals in the decomposition process of abandoned branches and leaves varied with the decomposition time, but there was no significant difference in the number of fungi individuals among different treatments. The number of fungi groups varied with the decomposition time, and increased with the decomposition process of abandoned branches and leaves. A total of 16 fungi groups were isolated from the decomposition test of abandoned branches and leaves. The dominant fungi groups were (Bovista), (Syncephalastrum), (Cunninghamella) and (Itersonilia), respectively. In the early stage of branch and leaf decomposition (0 ~ 30 d) p H), the (p H value increased 8.22 ~ 8.88, which made the microorganism have high decomposition ability at the stage of high temperature decomposition, and then showed a general downward trend. Compared with the initial water content, the water content of the heap material is not changed much, and the water content of the pile material is kept between 56% and 71%, which makes the microorganism keep a large decomposition ability.
