【摘要】：采用稀釋涂布平板法、對峙培養(yǎng)法和牛津杯法從煙草黑脛病土壤中分離和篩選出21株對煙草黑脛病有拮抗作用的細菌,其中,XCS007菌株拮抗作用最明顯,運用微觀形態(tài)學、生理生化特征及16Sr DNA基因序列鑒定其為一株銅綠假單胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。菌株XCS007菌液及其粗提物對煙草黑脛病病菌菌絲的抑制率分別是91.80%和97.11%;盆栽試驗結果顯示,其防治效果分別是83.18%和83.55%;大田試驗結果顯示,其防治效果分別達到78.64%和79.54%。
[Abstract]:Twenty-one strains of bacteria antagonistic to tobacco black shank disease were isolated and screened from tobacco black shank soil by dilution coating plate method, confrontation culture method and Oxford cup method. Among them, the antagonistic effect of XCS007 strain was the most obvious, and micromorphology was used. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and sequence identification of 16Sr DNA gene as a (Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa The inhibition rates of XCS007 and its extracts on the mycelium of tobacco black shank were 91.80% and 97.111.The results of pot experiment showed that the control effect was 83.18% and 83.55%, respectively. The results of field test showed that the control effect was 78.64% and 79.54% respectively.
