巴氏新小綏螨在馬鈴薯腐爛莖線蟲上的實驗種群生命表及其捕食作用

【摘要】:為明確巴氏新小綏螨Neoseiulus barkeri對馬鈴薯腐爛莖線蟲Ditylenchus destructor的捕食能力,以馬鈴薯腐爛莖線蟲和橢圓食粉螨Aleuroglyphus ovatus為獵物飼養(yǎng)巴氏新小綏螨,構(gòu)建了巴氏新小綏螨的實驗種群生命表,并構(gòu)建了雌成螨對馬鈴薯腐爛莖線蟲的捕食功能反應(yīng)模型。結(jié)果顯示,巴氏新小綏螨取食馬鈴薯腐爛莖線蟲后能完成整個生活史,平均世代為6.71 d,產(chǎn)卵前期、產(chǎn)卵期、日產(chǎn)卵量以及雌成螨壽命分別為2.89 d、19.13 d、1.79粒和26.44 d,與取食橢圓食粉螨后的各參數(shù)間均無顯著差異。巴氏新小綏螨雌成螨對馬鈴薯腐爛莖線蟲的捕食功能反應(yīng)為Holling Ⅱ型,在溫度16~28℃范圍內(nèi),其攻擊系數(shù)(a)、捕食能力(a/T_h)、最大日捕食量(1/T_h)均隨溫度升高而升高,處理時間(T_h)縮短;在28℃時日捕食量達到最高,為52.69條,處理時間最短,為0.019 d;當(dāng)溫度高于32℃時捕食量開始下降。表明巴氏新小綏螨具有防治馬鈴薯腐爛莖線蟲的潛力。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the predation ability of Neoseiulus barkeri to Ditylenchus destructor, the experimental population life table of Neoseia pasteuiformis was constructed with potato rotting stem nematodes and Acarus elliptica Aleuroglyphus ovatus as prey. A predatory response model of female adult mites to potato rotting stem nematodes was established. The results showed that the whole life cycle could be completed after feeding on potato rotting stem nematodes, the average generation was 6.71 days, the pre-oviposition, daily egg production and the life span of female adults were 2.89 d ~ 19.13 d, respectively. There was no significant difference between 1.79 grains and 26.44 d after feeding on Acarus ellipticus.
