碳氮比對(duì)豬糞和稻稈協(xié)同生物降解的影響

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物豬糞和稻稈產(chǎn)量巨大,因缺乏有效的處置方式,從而造成了巨大的污染,阻礙了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本研究以豬糞和稻稈的協(xié)同高效降解為研究導(dǎo)向,首次采用纖維素分解復(fù)合菌系預(yù)處理技術(shù)進(jìn)行協(xié)同降解。通過(guò)考察碳氮比為10∶1、13∶1、16∶1和19∶1等4個(gè)梯度下的豬糞和稻稈混合物協(xié)同降解情況,并測(cè)定不同碳氮比不同培養(yǎng)時(shí)間下降解液的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),探討了不同碳氮比條件下復(fù)合菌系對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物協(xié)同降解效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,該菌系在碳氮比為16∶1、固形物含量為6%、接種量為10%的條件下于55℃下培養(yǎng)96 h,對(duì)豬糞和稻稈混合物的降解效果最佳。在此條件下其失重率高達(dá)26.2%,降解過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵酶——濾紙酶和羧甲基纖維素酶(CMC酶)酶活可分別達(dá)到3.2和10.8 IU。該復(fù)合菌系在對(duì)豬糞和稻稈混合物協(xié)同降解過(guò)程中除了添加少許氯化鈉外,無(wú)需再額外添加其他營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì),展現(xiàn)出了良好的實(shí)際應(yīng)用前景,可進(jìn)一步為其他種類(lèi)的農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物的高效生物處置提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The yield of pig dung and rice straw is huge, which causes huge pollution and hinders the sustainable development of modern agriculture because of the lack of effective disposal methods. In this study, the synergistic degradation of pig manure and rice stalk was studied, and the pretreatment technology of cellulose decomposing complex strain was used for the first time. The synergistic degradation of pig dung and rice straw mixtures with C / N ratio of 10: 110: 1: 16: 1 and 19:1 was investigated, and the key parameters of degradation solution under different C / N ratios and different incubation time were determined. The effects of compound strains on the synergistic degradation of agricultural wastes under different C / N ratios were studied.
