中廣核阜新萬(wàn)德號(hào)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)工程水土保持研究

【摘要】:中廣核阜新萬(wàn)德號(hào)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)處于遼寧省西北部地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境比較脆弱的阜蒙縣,該區(qū)域水土流失問(wèn)題較嚴(yán)重。因此對(duì)該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展水土保持評(píng)價(jià)工作不僅是關(guān)乎民生的一件重要的事,對(duì)促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展更是起到了重要的作用。 本文根據(jù)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有資料以及場(chǎng)地狀況,完成了對(duì)研究區(qū)水土保持評(píng)價(jià)、預(yù)測(cè)、防治以及監(jiān)測(cè)等研究工作,主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)對(duì)工程占地、土石方平衡、工程建設(shè)對(duì)水土流失的影響以及防治范圍和責(zé)任等方面進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),在滿足施工需要的前提下,盡量減少臨時(shí)用地,有效減少施工擾動(dòng)范圍和施工引起的水土流失。 (2)確定水土流失預(yù)測(cè)范圍、方法以及參數(shù),,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目可能造成的水土流失范圍、水土流失量、水土流失危害進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。預(yù)測(cè)時(shí)段內(nèi),研究區(qū)原地貌情況下產(chǎn)生水土流失量為655.41t,如不采取水土保持措施,預(yù)測(cè)時(shí)段內(nèi)可能產(chǎn)生的水土流失量為1585.03t,新增水土流失量為929.62t。 (3)對(duì)研究區(qū)的風(fēng)電機(jī)組防治區(qū)、升壓站防治區(qū)、場(chǎng)內(nèi)道路防治區(qū)、集電線路防治區(qū)、施工臨時(shí)用地防治區(qū)5個(gè)防治分區(qū)進(jìn)行了工程措施、植物措施、臨時(shí)措施三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了措施布設(shè),形成了系統(tǒng)全面的水土保持防治措施體系。 (4)根據(jù)水土流失預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果明確6項(xiàng)水土流失防治指標(biāo):擾動(dòng)土地治理率、水土流失治理度、土壤流失控制比、攔渣率、植被恢復(fù)系數(shù)和林草覆蓋率,為后續(xù)水土保持工作奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Fuxin Wande wind farm is located in Fumeng county where the ecological environment is relatively weak in northwest Liaoning Province. The soil and water loss problem is serious in this area. Therefore, the evaluation of soil and water conservation is not only an important issue related to people's livelihood, but also plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy and society. According to the existing data of wind farm and site condition, this paper has completed the research work of soil and water conservation evaluation, prediction, prevention and control and monitoring in the study area. The main contents are as follows: (1) balance of earth and rock, The influence of engineering construction on soil and water loss, the scope and responsibility of prevention and control are analyzed and evaluated. On the premise of meeting the needs of construction, the temporary land use is reduced as far as possible, and the scope of construction disturbance and the soil erosion caused by construction are effectively reduced. (2) to determine the prediction range, method and parameters of soil and water loss, and to predict the range of soil and water loss, the amount of soil and water loss, and the harm of soil and water loss. In the prediction period, the amount of soil and water loss produced under the original geomorphological condition is 655.41 t. If the measures of soil and water conservation are not taken, the possible amount of soil and water loss in the period of prediction is 1585.03 t, and the new amount of soil and water loss is 929.62 t. (3) Engineering measures and plant measures are carried out in five prevention and control zones of wind turbine, booster station, road, power collecting line and temporary site of construction in the study area. The prevention and cure area of wind power unit, the prevention area of booster station, the prevention and cure area of collecting electricity line and the prevention area of temporary land for construction are carried out. The temporary measures were arranged in three aspects, and a systematic and comprehensive system of soil and water conservation measures was formed. (4) according to the prediction results of soil and water loss, 6 indexes of soil erosion control were defined: disturbance land control rate, soil erosion control degree, soil loss control ratio, sediment retention rate, vegetation restoration coefficient and forest and grass coverage. To lay a foundation for the follow-up work of soil and water conservation.
