微生物肥料在不同節(jié)肥水平下對(duì)煙草根際微生物碳代謝指紋的影響
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizer on microbial functional diversity in tobacco rhizosphere under the condition of saving fertilizer, Biolog-ECO technique was used to study the effects of Jinnong Fertilizer and Degenbei fertilizer on the functional diversity of tobacco rhizosphere. Carbon Metabolism characteristics of Tobacco rhizosphere microorganisms at 30% Fertilizer level. The results showed that the utilization capacity of four carbon sources decreased with the increase of the amount of fertilizer in Jinnong Fertilizer and the rhizosphere microorganism of Degenbai. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that in Jinnong Fertilizer and Degenbei fertilizer, the use of carbon sources by rhizosphere microbes was different. Jinnong Fertilizer preferred metabolites and secondary metabolites, while Degenbei preferred carbohydrates, fatty acids and lipids. The richness, evenness and dominance of rhizosphere microbial communities in Jinnong fertilizer and Degenbei fertilizer were significantly higher than those in total fertilization (P0.05). According to the effect of reducing fertilizer application rate on microbial carbon metabolism ability and carbon source utilization diversity in Jinnong Fertilizer, the ratio of saving fertilizer in Jinnong Fertilizer and Degenbei fertilizer was less than 20%, and Degenbai had better performance. The results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of microbial fertilizer and fertilizer saving ability in tobacco production.
