微藻貼壁培養(yǎng)對沼液廢水的處理效果

【摘要】:以產油藻類柵藻、小球藻為研究對象,通過貼壁方式考查微藻處理養(yǎng)豬沼液廢水的效果。結果表明,柵藻、小球藻均能在沼液中較好生長,其生物產率分別是6.26、6.08 g·m~(-2)·d~(-1),與在正常培養(yǎng)基上(BG11)相當。柵藻、小球藻在沼液中培養(yǎng),藻細胞油脂積累分別占細胞干重的34.6%和31.4%,與正常培養(yǎng)基相差不大。柵藻、小球藻均能較好凈化廢水中主要污染指標氨氮(NH_3-N)、總磷(TP)及化學需氧量(COD),柵藻的去除率分別是96.59%、74.52%和72.47%,小球藻去除率分別是94.90%、73.55%和71.40%。本研究將產油微藻培養(yǎng)和養(yǎng)豬沼液廢水處理相結合,研究結果可為藻類生物燃料生產及沼液廢水資源化利用等提供理論基礎。
[Abstract]:The effect of microalgae on the treatment of pig biogas wastewater was investigated by means of adhering to the oil algae and Chlorella vulgaris. The results showed that both Chlorella spp and Chlorella spp could grow well in biogas liquid, and their biological yields were 6.26o6.08g m-2 d-1, which were similar to those on normal medium (BG11). When chlorella and chlorella were cultured in biogas, the accumulation of oil accounted for 34.6% and 31.440% of the dry weight of the cells, respectively, which was not different from the normal medium. The removal rates of ammonia nitrogen (NH_3-N), total phosphorus (TP) and chemical oxygen demand (COD),) were 96.594.52% and 72.47%, respectively. The removal rates of Chlorella vulgaris were 94.90% and 71.40%, respectively. In this study, oil microalgae culture was combined with pig biogas wastewater treatment. The results provided a theoretical basis for algae biofuel production and utilization of biogas wastewater.
