堆肥過程不同分子量水溶性有機(jī)物電子轉(zhuǎn)移能力的演變及影響因素

【摘要】:利用超濾技術(shù)、電化學(xué)方法和光譜技術(shù),以堆肥水溶性有機(jī)物的不同分子量(MW)組分為研究對(duì)象,分析在堆肥過程中不同分子量水溶性有機(jī)物(DOM)的組成特征、結(jié)構(gòu)演變和電子轉(zhuǎn)移能力變化的影響因素。結(jié)果表明,類蛋白物質(zhì)主要存在于堆肥前期的DOM(MW1 kDa)中,隨著堆肥的進(jìn)行,類蛋白物質(zhì)不斷降解,類富里酸物質(zhì)持續(xù)合成,堆肥后期類蛋白物質(zhì)被完全降解,類富里酸物質(zhì)成為DOM(MW1 kDa)主要的熒光組分。類腐殖物質(zhì)是DOM(MW=1~3 kDa)、DOM(MW=3~5 kDa)和DOM(MW5 kDa)的主要熒光組分,堆肥過程中類腐殖質(zhì)物質(zhì)在3種不同分子量組分的變化各不相同,但是堆肥后期類腐殖質(zhì)物質(zhì)在3個(gè)不同分子量組分的含量均高于堆肥初期。堆肥過程中DOM(MW1 kDa)的電子供給能力(EDC)呈降低趨勢(shì),而電子接受能力(EAC)呈升高趨勢(shì);DOM(MW5 kDa)的EDC在堆肥過程中呈上升趨勢(shì),而EAC則無明顯的變化規(guī)律。DOM(MW=1~3 kDa)和DOM(MW=3~5 kDa)的EDC和EAC在整個(gè)堆肥過程無明顯變化規(guī)律。不同分子量組分堆肥DOM的EAC受控于堆肥過程木質(zhì)素降解產(chǎn)物的含量,而其EDC變化與熒光參數(shù)和紫外參數(shù)無明顯關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The composition characteristics of water-soluble organic compounds (DOM) with different molecular weights in compost were analyzed by ultrafiltration, electrochemical and spectral techniques. The influence factors of structural evolution and electron transfer ability change. The results showed that the protein-like substances mainly existed in DOM (MW1 kDa) in the early stage of composting. With the composting, the protein-like substances were continuously degraded, the fulvic acid-like substances were synthesized continuously, and the protein-like substances were completely degraded in the late composting period. Fulvic acid is the main fluorescent component of DOM (MW1 kDa). Humic substances are the main fluorescent components of DOM (MW=1~3 kDa), DOM (MW=3~5 kDa) and DOM (MW5 kDa). However, the content of humus-like substances in the later composting period was higher than that in the early composting period. During composting, the electron supply capacity of DOM (MW1 kDa) showed a decreasing trend, (EDC) showed a decreasing trend, while the electronic receptivity (EAC) showed an increasing trend. EDC of DOM (MW5 kDa) showed an upward trend during composting, but EAC had no obvious change rule. EDC and EAC of DOM (MW=3~5 kDa) and. DOM (MW=1~3 kDa (MW=3~5 kDa) did not change in the whole composting process. The EAC of composting DOM with different molecular weight was controlled by the content of lignin degradation product in composting process, but the EDC change had no obvious relation with fluorescence parameter and ultraviolet parameter.
