筒倉式堆肥反應(yīng)器不同通風(fēng)量對(duì)堆肥效果的影響

【摘要】:使用筒倉式堆肥反應(yīng)器,利用含水率為70%的雞糞作為堆肥原料,分別向堆料中通入12、6和2.4 m~3·min~(-1)3種不同的通風(fēng)量,研究不同的通風(fēng)量對(duì)堆肥效果的影響。研究表明,合理的通風(fēng)量對(duì)于堆肥的快速發(fā)酵非常重要,通風(fēng)量為12 m~3·min~(-1)時(shí)堆肥效果最佳。當(dāng)通風(fēng)量為6 m~3·min~(-1)和2.4 m~3·min~(-1)時(shí),堆體的全氮含量最終都有所下降,說明其通風(fēng)量不能滿足堆體快速發(fā)酵對(duì)氧氣的需求,所以堆體內(nèi)發(fā)生了部分厭氧反應(yīng)。而6 m~3·min~(-1)的通風(fēng)處理全磷的增加量最大,說明此處理減少了物料中磷的損失,增加了有效磷的含量。當(dāng)通風(fēng)量為12 m~3·min~(-1)時(shí),與其他2個(gè)處理相比,高溫期持續(xù)時(shí)間更長(zhǎng),有機(jī)質(zhì)降解量更大,氮磷等養(yǎng)分的增加量更大,種子發(fā)芽率也更高,這些都說明了通風(fēng)量為12 m~3·min~(-1)時(shí)堆肥效果最佳。
[Abstract]:In a silo composting reactor, chicken manure with water content of 70% was used as composting raw material, and three different ventilation rates of 12 ~ 6 and 2. 4 mg ~ (-3) min~ (-1) were added to the compost, respectively. The effect of different ventilation on composting effect was studied. The results showed that reasonable ventilation was very important to the rapid fermentation of compost, and the compost effect was the best when the ventilation rate was 12mm3 min~ (-1). When the ventilation rates were 6mm3 min~ (-1) and 2.4mm3 min~ (-1), the total nitrogen content of the reactor eventually decreased, indicating that the ventilation rate could not meet the oxygen requirement of rapid fermentation of the reactor, so partial anaerobic reaction occurred in the reactor body. The maximum increase of total phosphorus was observed in the ventilation treatment of 6 mg / 3 min~ (-1), which indicated that the treatment reduced the loss of phosphorus in the material and increased the content of available phosphorus. When the ventilation rate was 12mm3 min~ (-1), compared with the other two treatments, the duration of high temperature period was longer, the degradation of organic matter was larger, the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus was larger, and the germination rate of seeds was higher. All these indicate that the composting effect is the best when the ventilation is 12 mg / 3 min~ (-1).
