氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)及其對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的啟示

【摘要】:每一種農(nóng)業(yè)類型均有其特定的時(shí)代意義,并詮釋了其所處發(fā)展階段面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇。在全球氣候變化大環(huán)境下,如何協(xié)調(diào)溫室氣體排放與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力之間的關(guān)系,以實(shí)現(xiàn)減緩氣候變化、保障糧食安全、提高農(nóng)民收入,是本世紀(jì)全世界面臨的理論與技術(shù)難題。在聯(lián)合國(guó)糧食及農(nóng)業(yè)組織的倡導(dǎo)下,氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)正成為全球農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的新方法。在簡(jiǎn)述世界氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了我國(guó)氣候智慧型農(nóng)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的方向和對(duì)策,以期為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化,尤其是農(nóng)業(yè)溫室氣體減排與氣候變化公約履約等工作提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Each type of agriculture has its specific significance of the times, and explains the main challenges and opportunities it faces in its development stage. In the global climate change environment, how to coordinate the relationship between greenhouse gas emissions and agricultural productivity in order to mitigate climate change, ensure food security and increase farmers' income is a theoretical and technical problem facing the world in this century. Under the auspices of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, climate-smart agriculture is becoming a new approach to global agricultural development in response to climate change. On the basis of brief introduction of the present situation and practice of the world climate intelligent agriculture, this paper puts forward the direction and countermeasures of the healthy development of our country's climate intelligent agriculture, in order to deal with climate change for our agriculture. In particular, agricultural greenhouse gas emission reduction and climate change Convention implementation and other work to provide reference and reference.
