西藏農(nóng)作物短體線蟲種類的鑒定和描述

【摘要】:在對(duì)我國西藏自治區(qū)主要耕作區(qū)的植物線蟲種類進(jìn)行調(diào)查期間,從林芝地區(qū)、拉薩市達(dá)孜縣采集多種作物的根系組織和根際土壤樣品,并采用改良貝曼漏斗法從這些樣品中分離出了多種植物線蟲,根據(jù)形態(tài)學(xué)特征,從中鑒定出盧斯短體線蟲(Pratylenchus loosi)、落選短體線蟲(P.neglectus)和斯克里布納短體線蟲(P.scribneri)。其中,盧斯短體線蟲西藏種群與文獻(xiàn)描述的種群相比尾較短,其他形態(tài)特征基本一致;落選短體線蟲西藏種群和斯克里布納短體線蟲西藏種群分別與文獻(xiàn)描述種群的形態(tài)特征基本一致。其中,落選短體線蟲在林芝地區(qū)和拉薩市達(dá)孜縣均有分布,另外2個(gè)種均分布于林芝地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:During the investigation of plant nematode species in the main farming areas of Tibet Autonomous region of China, samples of root tissue and rhizosphere soil of many crops were collected from Linzhi region and Dazi County of Lhasa City. A number of plant nematode species were isolated from these samples by the improved Beiman funnel method. According to the morphological characteristics, (Pratylenchus loosi), and P.scribneri were identified. In comparison with the population described in the literature, the population of Xizang was shorter, and the other morphological characteristics were basically the same. The morphological characteristics of the population of Xizang population and Scribner nematodes in Tibet were basically consistent with those described in the literature. Among them, there are two species in Linzhi area and Lhasa county, and the other two species are distributed in Linzhi area.
