運移式濾器構(gòu)制及其生物膜培養(yǎng)期間硝化性能

【摘要】:探討了運移式簡易濾器構(gòu)制、親蝦池循環(huán)水培養(yǎng)生物膜可行性及其硝化性能。實驗以常用濾料(沸石+纖維球+生化環(huán)=30.9 kg)與塑料桶(70 L)制成兩個相同簡易生物濾器Ⅰ、Ⅱ,濾器置于手推車可運移于車間各處凈化池水。以親蝦越冬池(4 m~3)循環(huán)水(0.231、0.138 m~3/h流量)可簡便培養(yǎng)濾器生物膜與有效凈化蝦池水質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明:約經(jīng)17 d以循環(huán)蝦池水培養(yǎng)生物膜獲成熟,并能有效降低池水TAN、NO_2~--N濃度;實驗37 d,兩濾器對TAN平均去除率分別為40.23%與45.3%,對NO_2~--N為58.4%與65.1%;兩濾器TAN平均去除速率分別為0.138、0.081 mg/(m~2·d),NO_2~--N平均去除速率為0.053、0.035 mg/(m~2·d)。濾器Ⅰ與Ⅱ均具較強處理TAN、NO_2~--N的硝化能力,且無顯著差異(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:The feasibility and nitrification performance of biofilm culture in shrimp pond were discussed in this paper. In this experiment, two identical simple biofilters (I, II) were made from common filter material (30.9 kg) and plastic drum (70L). The filter can be moved in the workshop by trolley. The filter biofilm can be cultured simply and the water quality of shrimp ponds can be effectively purified by using the circulating water (0.231m ~ (0.138) m ~ (-1) / h) in the parent shrimp wintering pond (4 m ~ (3). The results showed that the biofilm was matured and the concentration of TAN,NO_2~--N was decreased effectively after 17 days of culture in the water of the shrimp ponds. The average removal rate of TAN was 40.23% and 45.3% for both filters and 58.4% and 65.1% for NO_2~--N, respectively, and the average removal rate of TAN for the two filters was 0.138 mg/ (m ~ 2 d) and 0.0530.035 mg/ (m ~ (2) d).), respectively.
