甘南地區(qū)不同生境西藏沙棘根際土壤可培養(yǎng)硝化細(xì)菌多樣性研究

【摘要】:為了解西藏沙棘根際土壤可培養(yǎng)硝化細(xì)菌的多樣性,分析研究了甘南地區(qū)三個樣地西藏沙棘根際土壤中的硝化細(xì)菌.結(jié)果共分離得到32株硝化細(xì)菌,分屬于4個屬.硝化細(xì)菌數(shù)量最多的是樣地T5-1,為每克干土(5.69±0.81)×10~5 CFU;樣地T5-2硝化細(xì)菌最少,為每克干土(0.43±0.06)×10~5 CFU;樣地T5-3的硝化細(xì)菌數(shù)量介于樣地T5-1和T5-2之間,為每克干土(4.29±0.42)×10~5 CFU.樣地T5-1分離得到硝化細(xì)菌22株,分屬于4個屬,數(shù)量和種類最豐富;樣地T5-2分離得到3株硝化細(xì)菌,分屬于2個屬;樣地T5-3分離得到7株硝化細(xì)菌,分屬于2個屬.樣地T5-1的西藏沙棘生長在海拔3 027m的陰坡上,其根際土壤硝化細(xì)菌數(shù)量和種群多樣性最高.樣地T5-2的西藏沙棘生長在海拔3 251m的半陰半陽坡上,其根際土壤硝化細(xì)菌數(shù)量和種群多樣性最少.樣地T5-3的西藏沙棘生長在海拔3 593m的高山草甸區(qū),其根際土壤硝化細(xì)菌數(shù)量和種群多樣性介于T5-1和T5-2之間.表明不同生境和海拔西藏沙棘根際土壤硝化細(xì)菌的數(shù)量和類群有一定的差異.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the diversity of culturable nitrifying bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Hippophae rhamnoides (Hippophae rhamnoides), the nitrifying bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Hippophae rhamnoides in three plots of Gannan region Results 32 strains of nitrifying bacteria belonging to 4 genera were isolated. The highest number of nitrifying bacteria was T5-1 in sample plots, which was (5.69 鹵0.81) 脳 10 ~ (5) CFU; per gram dry soil, and the lowest was T5-2 bacteria per gram dry soil. Hippophae rhamnoides T5-2 grew on the semi-yin and semi-sunny slope of 3251m above sea level, and the number and population diversity of nitrifying bacteria in rhizosphere soil were the least. Hippophae rhamnoides T5-3 grows in the alpine meadow area of 3593m above sea level. The number and population diversity of nitrifying bacteria in rhizosphere soil are between T5-1 and T5-2. The results showed that there were some differences in the number and group of nitrifying bacteria in the rhizosphere of Hippophae rhamnoides in different habitats and elevations.
