不同氮磷比條件下綠球藻對豬場污水的凈化效率
[Abstract]:The ratio of N to P (N: P) in wastewater of pig farm was adjusted by adding NaH_2PO_4 to 8: 1: 16: 1: 32: 1 and 64: 1, respectively. Using the wastewater without NaH_2PO_4 as control (nitrogen / phosphorus ratio was 532: 1), a stain tolerant Chlorella aeruginosa (Chlorococcum sp.) strain was studied. The growth performance and purification effect of pig farm wastewater (initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of 291.31 mg L ~ (-1) in wastewater with different nitrogen and phosphorus ratios were studied. The results showed that Chlorella aeruginosa (inoculation density was 400 脳 104cells mL ~ (-1) grew best in the wastewater with N: P = 64:1, and the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was the best after 12 days culture. The cell density and biomass were 3393 脳 104cells mL ~ (-1) and 0.49 g / L ~ (-1), respectively. The removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 74.94% and 48.78%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group. The ammonia nitrogen concentration decreased to 73.01 mg L ~ (-1) and the total nitrogen concentration to 148.96 mg L ~ (-1). During the culture period, the concentration of nitrate nitrogen in the sewage of each experimental group increased. After 12 days of culture, the total phosphorus concentration in the effluent of the 64:1 group was reduced to 3.07 mg L ~ (-1), and the removal rate was 71.86%. In conclusion, the growth performance of Chlorophyta in the wastewater with N: P = 64:1 and the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in wastewater are the best, and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in sewage can basically reach the relevant discharge standard.
