鋸末牛糞堆肥微生物多樣性的宏基因組學(xué)分析
[Abstract]:The composition and distribution of microorganisms in different proportion of sawdust cattle manure compost were studied by macrogenome technique. The results showed that there was significant difference among the three compost samples with the mass ratio of cow dung to sawdust of 2: 1: 3: 1: 4: 1. The microbial operable taxonomy unit (operational taxonomic units,OTU) of the three compost samples with the highest content was Proteus. The content of Bacteroides phylum and phylum thuringiensis in different samples were also different. According to the analysis of subordinate level, the highest content is the genus Methylomonas, Hydrocytoma, Azotobacter and Oligotrophomonas. The content of cellulose and lignin was also high, especially in Pseudomonas. By analyzing the basic properties of compost products and their microbes, it was found that when the ratio of cow manure to sawdust was 2:1, the genera of nutrient transformation, synthetic bacteria and decontamination bacteria in compost samples were higher than those of the other two samples, and the composting effect was better.
