【摘要】：正作為中部地區(qū)重要的特大型城市,近年來,湖北省武漢市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展一直保持良好勢頭,建設(shè)用地需求不斷加大。同時,隨著工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的深入推進,耕地后備資源不斷減少,在市域內(nèi)實現(xiàn)耕地占補平衡、占優(yōu)補優(yōu)的難度日趨加大,耕地保護工作面臨多重壓力。新形勢對耕地保護工作提出了更高要求,對此,武漢市通過健全規(guī)劃體系、強化永久基本農(nóng)田保護、落實保護責(zé)任
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economic development of Wuhan in Hubei Province has maintained a good momentum, and the demand for construction land has been increasing. At the same time, with the further development of industrialization and urbanization, the reserve resources of cultivated land are decreasing, the balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation is realized in the city area, the difficulty of predominance and compensation is increasing day by day, and the protection of cultivated land is faced with multiple pressures. The new situation has put forward higher requirements for the protection of cultivated land. In this regard, Wuhan strengthens the protection of permanent basic farmland and implements the responsibility of protection through improving the planning system.
