縉云山兩種林分土壤呼吸影響因素分析

【摘要】:土壤呼吸受眾多生物與非生物因素綜合調(diào)控,區(qū)別研究經(jīng)果林與生態(tài)林土壤呼吸的主要影響因子對(duì)于了解CO2排放對(duì)環(huán)境和植物生長(zhǎng)的影響十分重要.2014年7月至2015年6月,以重慶市縉云山馬尾松林和柑橘林土壤為研究對(duì)象,探討不同森林類型的土壤呼吸、土壤微生物、土壤酶及土壤溫濕度特征及其相關(guān)關(guān)系.研究表明:1)觀測(cè)期內(nèi),柑橘林土壤呼吸速率明顯高于馬尾松林;2)兩種林分土壤呼吸速率有明顯的季節(jié)變化,從高到低順序?yàn)?夏季、春季、秋季、冬季;3)土壤呼吸速率與土壤濕度、細(xì)菌數(shù)、放線菌數(shù)、總PLFA數(shù)及脲酶質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)成正相關(guān),與真菌數(shù)成負(fù)相關(guān).綜合分析表明,土壤呼吸受土壤溫濕度、土壤微生物及土壤酶等因素共同作用,其中土壤濕度是土壤呼吸季節(jié)變化的主控因子.
[Abstract]:Soil respiration is regulated by many biological and abiotic factors. It is important to study the main influencing factors of soil respiration in fruit forest and ecological forest in order to understand the effects of CO2 emissions on environment and plant growth. Soil respiration, soil microorganism, soil enzyme, soil temperature and humidity of different forest types were studied in Pinus massoniana forest and citrus forest in Jinyun Mountain, Chongqing. The results showed that the soil respiration rate of citrus forest was significantly higher than that of Pinus massoniana forest during the observation period, and the order from high to low was summer, spring and autumn. Soil respiration rate was positively correlated with soil moisture, bacterial number, actinomycete number, total PLFA number and urease mass fraction, but negatively correlated with fungi number. Comprehensive analysis shows that soil respiration is affected by soil temperature and humidity, soil microorganism and soil enzyme, among which soil moisture is the main controlling factor of seasonal variation of soil respiration.
