地面力學(xué)參數(shù)綜合測試系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了改進(jìn)貝氏儀不依賴大型設(shè)備時(shí)測試范圍的局限性和地面力學(xué)參數(shù)測試手段的分散多樣性,設(shè)計(jì)了一種室內(nèi)外兩用的地面力學(xué)參數(shù)綜合測試系統(tǒng)。測試系統(tǒng)貫入、扭轉(zhuǎn)過程互不干涉,實(shí)現(xiàn)測試及數(shù)據(jù)處理的獨(dú)立性。可選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)或手動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)。借助絲杠升降機(jī)傳動(dòng),儀器具有較高的運(yùn)行控制精度和測試量程。系統(tǒng)借助拉線位移傳感器和力、扭矩傳感器可實(shí)時(shí)同步獲取縱深行進(jìn)動(dòng)態(tài)信息、土壤承壓力和土壤抗剪切力等信息,可實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程控制和數(shù)據(jù)采集記錄及處理自動(dòng)化。實(shí)驗(yàn)室壓實(shí)制備濕潤砂土,通過剪切盤剪切試驗(yàn)得砂土內(nèi)聚力為3.14 kPa,內(nèi)摩擦角為38.2°;通過壓板試驗(yàn)得砂土變形指數(shù)為0.963,粘聚變形模量為178.73 kN/m~(n+1),摩擦變形模量為11 908.40 kN/m~(n+2)。試驗(yàn)表明,該儀器具有較高的可靠性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the limitation of the test range and the diversity of the test methods of the ground mechanical parameters when the Bayesian instrument does not depend on large equipment, an indoor and outdoor comprehensive test system for the ground mechanical parameters is designed. With the help of the pull-line displacement sensor and the torque sensor, the system can acquire the dynamic information of the depth, the soil pressure and the soil shear resistance in real-time synchronously, and can realize the computer remote control and data acquisition and recording. The cohesion of sandy soil is 3.14 kPa and the angle of internal friction is 38.2 degrees. The deformation index of sandy soil is 0.963, the modulus of cohesion deformation is 178.73 kN/m~ (n+1) and the modulus of friction deformation is 11 908.40 kN/m~ (n+2). The test results show that the instrument has higher cohesion and friction modulus. Reliability and practicality.
