紅河植煙區(qū)煙葉品質(zhì)與土壤中微量元素含量關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:【目的】本研究對(duì)云南紅河州8個(gè)縣市煙葉基地300個(gè)土壤樣品和900份煙樣進(jìn)行指標(biāo)檢測(cè)!痉椒ā坎捎肧PSS19.0對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述和相關(guān)性分析,系統(tǒng)闡述紅河不同煙區(qū)煙葉品質(zhì)及土壤中微量元素的特征,并深入挖掘紅河烤煙煙葉品質(zhì)與土壤養(yǎng)分的相關(guān)關(guān)系!窘Y(jié)果】紅河州不同煙區(qū)土壤中微量元素含量變異較大,其中有效鋅和有效錳變異最為明顯;紅河煙區(qū)煙葉總氮、煙堿、總糖、還原糖、煙葉鉀、氯元素、石油醚和淀粉呈現(xiàn)不同程度的變異,其中氯離子變異極為明顯!窘Y(jié)論】紅河植煙土壤不同中微量元素對(duì)煙葉化學(xué)組成影響不同,其中交換性鎂及交換性鈣與上、中、下部位煙葉鉀均呈負(fù)相關(guān),有效錳與3個(gè)部位煙葉總氮含量均呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to detect 300 soil samples and 900 tobacco samples from tobacco base in 8 counties of Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. [methods] the data were statistically described and analyzed by SPSS19.0. The characteristics of tobacco leaf quality and trace elements in soil in different tobacco areas of Honghe were systematically expounded, and the correlation between tobacco quality and soil nutrients was deeply explored. [results] the content of trace elements in different tobacco regions of Honghe had great variation. Total nitrogen, nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium, chlorine, petroleum ether and starch of tobacco leaves in Honghe tobacco area showed different degrees of variation, among which available zinc and available manganese were the most obvious, and the variation of total nitrogen, nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium of tobacco leaf, chlorine element, petroleum ether and starch were different. [conclusion] different trace elements in Honghe tobacco planting soil have different effects on chemical composition of tobacco leaves, among which exchangeable magnesium and exchangeable calcium are negatively correlated with upper, middle and lower parts of tobacco leaf potassium. There was a negative correlation between available manganese and total nitrogen content in three parts of tobacco leaves.
