高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)培育研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),正從高速增長轉(zhuǎn)向中高速增長,如何在經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩背景下繼續(xù)強(qiáng)化農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)地位、提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力,促進(jìn)農(nóng)民持續(xù)增收,是必須破解的一個(gè)重大課題。農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)是提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的關(guān)鍵因素,高職大學(xué)生的農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)教育是農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)傳播的主要途徑,通過高職大學(xué)生對(duì)農(nóng)科技術(shù)的傳播可以推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展。中國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是以農(nóng)業(yè)的科技化為基礎(chǔ)的,要實(shí)現(xiàn)國家富強(qiáng)、民族復(fù)興的宏偉目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)在于新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和新型農(nóng)民的培養(yǎng),,尤其是作為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的工程師和領(lǐng)頭人的高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)大學(xué)生,他們是新型農(nóng)民的典型代表,他們的農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)的高低直接決定著新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的進(jìn)程。高職涉農(nóng)大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)是一項(xiàng)長期又艱巨的任務(wù),但是多年來,涉農(nóng)專業(yè)招生困難,下屬的農(nóng)業(yè)科技專業(yè)顯得更是冷門。這是一個(gè)惡性循環(huán),農(nóng)業(yè)科技專業(yè)生源短缺,學(xué)校難以在這個(gè)專業(yè)投入大量的財(cái)力和精力,直接導(dǎo)致師資力量的薄弱和器械設(shè)備的落后和缺乏。這引起了專家學(xué)者們對(duì)高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)科技培育問題研究的重視。對(duì)農(nóng)科專業(yè)的不夠重視,導(dǎo)致專業(yè)定位模糊,培育目標(biāo)也不明確。本論文的主要研究方法是針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)培育現(xiàn)存的農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)培育定位模糊、農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)條件缺失、農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方式落后等問題,以高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)大學(xué)生的農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)為主線,采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)國內(nèi)高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)大學(xué)生的農(nóng)業(yè)科技素質(zhì)教育現(xiàn)狀、取得的成就和還存在問題等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,并以次為依據(jù)提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic development of our country has entered the new normal and is changing from high speed growth to medium high speed growth. How to continue to strengthen the basic position of agriculture, improve agricultural productivity and promote farmers' income under the background of slowing economic growth rate. Is a major subject that must be solved. Agricultural science and technology is the key factor to improve agricultural productivity. The quality education of agricultural science and technology of higher vocational college students is the main way to spread agricultural science and technology. The spread of agricultural technology by higher vocational college students can promote the development of agricultural modernization. China's agricultural modernization is based on the scientific and technological aspects of agriculture. It is necessary to achieve the grand goal of national prosperity and national rejuvenation. The key lies in the construction of new rural areas and the cultivation of new farmers, especially the agricultural major college students who are engineers and leaders in building a new socialist countryside. They are typical representatives of the new type of peasants. Their quality of agricultural science and technology directly determines the process of new rural construction. The cultivation of agricultural college students in higher vocational colleges is a long-term and arduous task, but for many years, it is difficult to recruit students of agricultural majors, and the agricultural science and technology majors under them are even more difficult. This is a vicious circle. The shortage of students in agricultural science and technology makes it difficult for schools to invest a lot of financial resources and energy in this major, which directly leads to the weakness of teachers' strength and the backwardness and lack of equipment and equipment. This has caused the experts and scholars to pay attention to the agricultural science and technology cultivation of college students in higher vocational education. The lack of attention to agricultural specialty leads to vague professional orientation and unclear cultivation objectives. The main research method of this paper is to aim at the current agricultural science and technology quality cultivation of college students in higher vocational education in our country, the existing orientation of agricultural science and technology quality cultivation is vague, and the condition of agricultural science and technology quality cultivation is missing. The cultivation of agricultural science and technology quality in higher vocational colleges and universities is regarded as the main line. The present situation of agricultural science and technology quality education of agricultural major college students in China is studied by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The achievements and problems are systematically analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward.
