豬糞干發(fā)酵出料流動性的研究

【摘要】:物料流動性是影響豬糞干式沼氣發(fā)酵的重要因素,文章采用流速表征物料的流動性,參考污泥輸送流速,并模擬生產(chǎn)規(guī)模干式沼氣發(fā)酵工程,確定豬糞干發(fā)酵物料流動的臨界流速為6 mm·s~(-1)。以豬糞干式沼氣發(fā)酵殘余物為對象,研究了發(fā)酵殘余物總固體(TS)含量、出料管管徑、出料管進出口高度差對發(fā)酵殘余物物料流動性的影響。物料下降過程平均流速測試結(jié)果表明,TS含量越小,管徑越大,高度差越大,流動性越好。TS 18%和TS 19%的物料,在管徑75~150 mm的出料管中,在高度差100~800 mm下,都具有流動性。TS 20%的物料,在管徑125~150 mm的出料管中,在高度差達到100 mm時,具有流動性;在管徑75~100 mm的出料管中,只有在高度差達到300 mm時,才具有流動性。TS 21%的物料,在管徑150,125,100,75 mm的出料管中,只有高度差分別達到300,400,600,800 mm時,才具有流動性。TS 22%的物料,在管徑75~125 mm的出料管中,在高度差100~800 mm下,都沒有流動性;在管徑150 mm的出料管中,只有在高度差達到600 mm時,才具有流動性。
[Abstract]:The material fluidity is an important factor affecting the dry biogas fermentation of pig manure. The flow rate of the material is characterized by the velocity of flow, the flow rate of sludge is referred to, and the dry biogas fermentation project of production scale is simulated. The critical flow rate of pig manure dry fermentation material was determined to be 6 mm s ~ (-1). The effects of total solid (TS) content of fermentation residue, diameter of discharge tube and height difference of inlet and outlet of discharge tube on material fluidity of fermentation residue were studied with pig manure dry biogas fermentation residue as an object. The results of the average flow rate test during the process of material descent show that the smaller the content of TS, the bigger the diameter, the greater the height difference, the better the fluidity of the material, the better the flowability. In the discharge pipe with 75 ~ 150 mm diameter, the height difference is 100 ~ 800 mm. In the discharge pipes with a diameter of 125 ~ 150 mm, when the height difference is up to 100 mm, and in a discharge pipe with a diameter of 75 ~ 100 mm, only when the height difference reaches 300 mm, the material with a fluidity of .TS 21% can be obtained. Only when the height difference reaches 300400,600,800 mm in the discharge pipe with a diameter of 150 ~ 125m ~ (125) / 100 ~ (75) mm is the material with a fluidity of .TS 22%. In a discharge pipe with a diameter of 75 ~ 125 mm, there is no fluidity at 100 ~ 800 mm in height difference, and in a discharge pipe with a diameter of 150 mm, there is no fluidity in the discharge pipe with a diameter of 150 mm. Liquidity is available only when the height difference reaches 600 mm.
